The lovely hotel. Used it to commute into Cardiff. Great taxi/Uber service to and from Newport station.

I had a great stay at this hotel for the night. Very clean, comfortable beds. Clean shower. Could connect to the TV to watch the likes of YouTube or watch normal channels. Room service, although I didn't use this. A lovely restaurant with lovely food..and the staff were fantastic. Even checked me in an hour early. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and I highly recommend booking.

Let us check in an hour earlier due to a long drive which was extremely helpful, the room was clean and bigger than expected. Found at checkout you can pay £5 to gain access to the neighbouring hotels pool and sauna which would have been good to know at check in. Will stay again.

Always our go to family hotel whenever we are in South Wales. Clean facilities, top of the range customer service. The breakfast is also very exemplary with lots of options only downside is felt like they were rationing some of the pastries as every time we went to get some croissants they were gone and had to keep requesting the chef to add and then they were gone again, happened on two occasions. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Good quality hotel in excellent location. Good restaurant for dinner with a wide menu. Car parking at reasonable cost. I booked a superior room in order to have access to the Lounge - on the previous 3 visits there was wine at the happy hour but they seem to have discontinued this which was disappointing.
