Fin beliggenhet og bra pris. Nyoppusset hotell, så standarden var bra. Litt vanskelig å finne frem.5.0/53 Jul 2026

The hotel is right beside Glasgow central station but due to union street being fixed the union street entrance is closed so you have to walk right round ten station to get to the property. It isn't very well sign posted but Scotrail staff are very helpful and able to show you were to go and what floor you need to go to. The hotel itself is brand new and is in the middle of being redecorated so there is a lot of workmen around but it is still very clean and welcoming. The girl on reception was extremely helpful, friendly and explained what was happening and was interested to hear why we were staying and what our plans were. The room was freshly decorated and and spotless. The only issue was that the bathroom door was very stiff and difficult to close and open as it stuck to the floor a lot. You had to tilt it back a little as it was a sliding door. We explained that to reception and they got someone to have a look. As the hotel is in the centre of Glasgow you have St Enoch shopping centre and Buchannan street a one minute walk away. There are plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants close by which is very handy. I would recommend staying there and will be back5.0/529 Jun 2026

The room wasn’t exactly as advertised but was very spacious - unfortunately when we arrived their was an open bottle of wine and used glasses left in our room, however given it wasn’t a huge issue we chose to overlook this - just something to be aware of - the staff were incredibly lovely and extremely helpful4.0/519 Jul 2026

Hotel seems relatively new so our TV wasn't working, the WiFi was poor the bathrooms are small which is fine but unfortunately nowhere to hang your wet towel or to hang a hand towel while using it. There are no drawers to put your clothes in. But this can be easily fixed and the staff were amazing and so helpful. They even moved us to another room because we were wakened during the night because of outside noise (this was council workers at 4.00am) !!! so again cannot fault the staff , especially Jola she was wonderful .4.0/514 Jul 2026

This place is new it still has things in need of doing here and there. Slightly unfinished. The staff we met were fantastic.
Maybe it’s opened a little too early. There is a lots of work being done around the area so it’s difficult to find the entrance. Not the hotels fault.
It’s a good modern basic hotel. Don’t expect too much. The breakfast at the sister hotel was good and given to us as no continental breakfast is yet available at the hotel.
Rooms are small and no kettle or fridge in the rooms. But it’s central and clean and reasonably priced.4.0/529 Jun 2026

Lovely brand new hotel. Good central location and very handy being at Central Train Station for getting the train to the Scottish Exhibition Centre.
Good value with breakfast included. Currently have to walk to sister hotel up the road for breakfast. We didn't mind this as nice enough walk and not too far away.
Very comfortable bed.
Our only negative was not having tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.
It wouldn't put us off staying here again.4.0/529 Jun 2026

Impressed with this hotel although the hotel has only just opened and the external signage and entry systems will no doubt be completed soon. There are two entrances, one within Central Station and one on Union Street. The Central Station one is not clearly identified as such yet and you need to call staff at the entry panel to come and let you in. There's a numerical key pad on Union Street as well as a sign (which doesn't extend from the wall) and an entry panel. We called to be let in before check in and were given a code to use thereafter. The hotel is on the 6th floor. The building's lifts are a little tatty and slow. The breakfast is currently provided in their sister hotel Address Glasgow a few minutes walk away. Perhaps this will change. It's currently a bit harder to walk around the area because of a recent fire in the adjoining building on Union Street so you can't walk any further up Union Street from the hotel, but you can exit via the station and it isn't a huge inconvenience once you get your bearings. The room itself was lovely. There was complimentary water (no kettle), really nice toiletries and very comfortable beds and towels. Sockets by the bed for charging. It was a little warm and there appeared to be no air con but the window could be opened. The decor is really nice. The shower is lovely. The bathroom could have done with some hooks on the door but that's a minor niggle. Very comfortable overall and we would stay again.3.0/510 Jul 2026

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location perfect if you have an early train because you can take the left down to the first floor and exit inside this train station.
What let it down was nothing that could be helped I just think that maybe they had a date in mind to open and it wasn't quite finished.
The restaurant wasn't open we had to go to the other hotel for breakfast. And the little grab and go station was full of goodies that you couldn't have because there was no price list.
a lot of things seemed a bit silly like having to call to have someone to come and get you to let you in. not very obviously clear directions within the train station. I know that the hotel probably don't own the whole building but the lifts coming up and the stairwell of that building are in a horrendous state and definitely need updated and repaired.
The room itself was nice however even though it was too single beds as we were sharing our room it was probably far too small for two people fine if it's a couple but friends sharing get your own rooms there's no lock on the bathroom it's just a sliding door.
areas of the room looked to be slapped dash painted quickly there's also no refreshments in the room other than water so no tea and coffee station or kettle. The room as well as the hotel itself was uncomfortably warm and the windows don't open very wide there's no airflow.
Seemingly teething issues for being so new but I would go back again after some time has passed.3.0/56 Jul 2026

So, this department is very newly created, and you'll notice.
The bathroom door doesn't have a lock, there are some paint stains here and there, the elevator is really shabby. The breakfast area is not done, hence you need to walk for 5 minutes (outside) to get to the other "the address" venue to get it.
Also getting there was surprisingly difficult, at no fault of their own, because of huge construction works in the area blocking off the easiest street entrance.
No tea or coffee offered in the room. Also only a ranshower showerhead with no concentrated spray, so it was hard to rinse out shampoo (if you have long hair). No conditioner offered.
Otherwise the staff were amazing and the cleanliness was a really good standard. Looking away from the construction outside the window.
Had Chromecast and good wifi. I'm overall happy with it as a place to rest ones head.3.0/529 Jun 2026

The room was nice and the staff were friendly however the overall experience was ruined by some minor things that should have been fixed before we arrived:
the electricity not working in our friends room, the bed sheets had a strange smell in our room, no TV remote in our room, a window which did not close, the hot water in our shower did not work and there was no bin in the room other than a small sanitary bin, the hotel itself was overly complicated to find and maps did not give us the correct directions to the hotel it took us an hour and a trip to the other address hotel to figure out where it was.
We only stayed for one night so I am sure alot of these things could be rectified but for the price we payed and the name that it falls under it was a let down.2.0/56 Jul 2026

No hot water
Still a building site
No lighting on street leading to building
Could hear the phone at reception ringing
All night
No bar or restaurant
No coffee or kettle in room, this wouldn't have been an issue if I was able to get one from bar or restaurant2.0/54 Jul 2026

The room is nice and staff were friendly. Access to the hotel is a bit awkward. The shower didn’t work properly, it was near boiling temperature and couldn’t be adjusted to lower temperature so didn’t use it. We were woken at 7:30 am with the noise of construction / demolition works.1.0/518 Jul 2026

Don't stay. The manager was good before we went gave us a free early check in which was great and she seemed lovely. Although I wouldn't stay again. Noise was unbearable from the works outside. The blind was broken so it wouldn't close no matter what way you pulled it so we couldnt get to sleep it was just stuck at the top of the window so full window view . There was off cuts from the wall panelling on the floor so couldn't have been thoroughly cleaned. When we got there we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes outside pressing the buzzer & trying to phone the hotel at the same time to get in and nobody answering the buzzer system or the phone then a member of the public was coming out so they let us in. Then the receptionist asked if we had been trying to call! The rooms were ok but no kettle or that very basic then we had breakfast included but Expedia dont advertise the fact you need to walk to the other hotel for your breakfast..that should be noted so you can make a decision to stay or not. Just a shambles.1.0/517 Jul 2026

Should not be sold as a hotel. The photos when booking did not match the room we got. Entrance from central station not clearly marked and Entrance from union street was awful. There wasn't a kettle or aircon even premier provide these things! Would never ever recommend staying herePopular Facilities
