This place is great on the inside but the outside is terrible. There is just no kerb appeal. the whole of the exterior needs attention. If I was a passer by looking for a place, I probably would not give it a second look. It is only because of the internet and being able to see reviews and the interior that made it a choice. The parking is a rough area next to the hotel and limited to 6 cars at the most. However there is on street parking nearby between 6pm and 8am. Bed very comfortable and size room is great. The indian restaurant is great. Breakfast is a little limited but adequate if you do not expect too much choice. Overall I would still give it an 8 out of 10

Lovely hotel, great rooms, good staff, have stayed many times. I feel that i need to mention the lift it is old, slow and doesn’t work effectively. I was on the 3rd floor and could not get the lift to stop there, i would press the correct button and it would only go to 1st or 2nd floors and I'd walk up the stairs to get to my room, for people with mobility issues this could be a problem. I spoke to a couple who told me that they got stuck in it for a short period of time. It is a fantastic hotel and i will stay again but bare the lift in mind.

The hotel was excellent but an especial thanks must go to the vary friendly and helpful staff. Maisy, the receptionist was charming. Her relief - I regret I cannot remember his name, also really pleasant. I had a tight schedule, needing to get to a school 10 minutes drive away, for 07.30. Breakfast started at 07.00. Not intending to stay, I popped in for a coffee at 07.00. Staff insisted in providing a cooked breakfast very quickly which they did. Pat on the back, please, to the owners/manager.

Lovely clean hotel, our room was amazing, great price with breakfast too. Only issue was that it was kinda hard to find the hotel as it's tucked in the corner of the street, that and the cheap toilet roll. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

La chambre est immense avec un lit double très grand. Nos enfants ont dormi à côté dans un lit canapé qui n'était pas fait à notre arrivée. Heureusement le réceptionniste y a remédié et nous a trouvé oreillers et couette pour les petits. Le petit déjeuner était correct, un Continental pour se servir seul et un full welch breakfast à commander. C'est un très bon hôtel. Nous avons été ravis.

Lovely, spacious room (the one in the picture). The only issues were that the desk lamp didn't work and there was no shampoo in the shower - but only minor things really and easily fixed I hope after I post this! Otherwise excellent

Nice hotel located a short walk from Neath Station and car parking. Hotel from the outside doesn’t look anything special however the inside is well finished and modern. Room very good and spacious with modern decor finish. Option in room for shower or bath always a good choice. Breakfast included in booking which again a good option. We ordered the Full English , both the Vegetarian and normal , and it was all cooked to order and served piping hot and well presented. Dinner option within the hotel is an Indian restaurant which we used for ease. Again food was good and the restaurant decor very contemporary modern. All the staff in both the hotel and restaurant very friendly and helped with all our needs. All in all a very good hotel and great value for money , in a great location for accessibility to the larger cities within a short train journey.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even let us park our motorbikes in the basement for safe-keeping although there was plenty of free street parking about.

The staff we're friendly and welcoming and nothing was to much trouble anything asked they did, the breakfasts were lovely ,the room was on a parr with Premier Inn, the only thing i would suggest is the outside could do with a repaint ,but we would definitely stay again and very good value for money.

For the hotels I stayed in, I have a great experience. The room is modern and contemporary. I have an option to go there at an affordable price. I noticed a very comfortable room. I took the view of the rail station from my room at the back, which is close to the railway. The hotel also have a fantastic interior decoration. Despite being the small size, there are very satisfying service here.

The look of the outside of the Bluebell does not do it justice. The hotel is well presented, could do with freshening up. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely visit again.
