This is a low-price hotel that offers clean, comfortable accommodation that's close to the Channel Tunnel. It's not a modern hotel but represents great value for money. Our room was cozy, but not cramped. It had a pleasant view of the beach. The bed was comfortable and there's plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Free parking is a bonus (many hotels in the area charge extra). The staff were all very friendly and attentive -- we felt welcome and well looked after.

Breakfast as good as i expected for the price. Nothing cooked, self serve cereals toast etc. Place very clean, decor decent though some odd choices of colour and wallpaper. I would definitely stay again if the price was right.

Free parking which is so handy. The room was much better than expected and was clean and comfortable. I think we lucked out on the room we got. Decent for cheap I didn’t really see any staff other than one man who wouldn’t let us in the building after we had returned. We had to get our friend who had already to come home to let us in and then he made us stay so he can check the room was booked for 3 - despite me saying it was booked for 3. In one sense this is good for safety but another sense we were three young girls in early twenties with an older man who was getting aggy with us. But I do understand it’s for safety ? When trying to find a staff at reception to ask about parking no one was there and did not come for ages so we just left it.

Fresh and clean sheets on bed and lovely white towels. Friendly reception staff. Free car park with cctv. Easy check in. Easy access ground floor bedroom. Sadly our shower didnt work ( room 7). Overall a budget stay for 1 night with o ly a 15 min ride/ drive to the Eurotunnel.

Very small room. Old building that needs a lot of money to upgrade it. The staff changed our room from 2nd floor to a ground floor room due to a disability- so they were very helpful. There was free parking, a bar, restaurant ( continental breakfast) and plenty of original building features. The beds were clean and we had plenty of fresh towels. Good facilities for the price.

Wow.. a beautiful building with some amazing original features. The decor is unusual but nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and clean. Furnishings were dated and tired. There was fresh towels and bath creme and soap. Hot shower albeit not a power shower. Ample parking in the hotels car park around the back of the building. You do have to carry luggage around to the front entrance which has steep steps. No lift to the bedrooms on upper floors. There was a pleasant bar area with bottled and draught options. Overall, we got a bed to sleep, hot shower and hot drink facility in the room; as well as an area to socialise in the bar. What more do you want for a low priced one night stay. We will stay again for the price.
