A really lovely hotel in a quiet village outside Norwich City. The hotel was Easy to find and communication from the hotel in the days prior to my booking were clear and easy to understand. I stayed in the Africa room - The bed was big and comfortable with both freestanding bath and separate shower. I popped over to the pub over the road for my evening meal and enjoyed a delicious sausage roll and coffee from the bakery located within the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all themed differently.

The room was perfect for the occasion. Came here one night to visit the North Norfolk and give some quality time to my wife who was celebrating her birthday. Room was clean and had great quality beds, furnitures and facilities. The staff has helped me with all the information needed to have a great stay. I would surely recommend it.

Lovely quirky room (Africa). Stayed with two dogs who each had beds, bowls and treats provided.. lovely bakery for breakfast where you could choose your breakfast items. Everyone very friendly and great pub (kings arms) opposite for evening food and drink. Perfect place

The room, facilities were fantastic. The little touches, Norfolk Natural Living….. bubble bath, shower gel and shampoo with conditioner, added to the quality of our stay! Bread source breakfast was delicious! Home made bread source biscuits with their amazing coffee in the room was lovely to have on arrival and again first thing in the morning. Highly recommend, everything was as advertised.

The hotel surpassed our expectations, so beautifully decorated and furnished everywhere. We spent 2 nights in the Raj suite which was perfect in every way with so many little touches that make a big difference. The bed was huge and so so comfortable, the bath was a treat and the shower was incredible. On top of all that the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we would like and gave a natural friendly service 😊

Fabulous building and beautiful bedroom with lovely bathroom. Great decor throughout. The free beer or cocktail is a lovely touch. The only downside was our room was at the front of the hotel and we were woken by the constant slamming of the front door and people talking loudly outside early in the morning!

Incredible hidden gem of a hotel. Modern and unique with a zero staff check-in policy using digital keypads to access the rooms. Having breakfast included at the bakery downstairs was a real treat each morning! Fab location, the pub across the road is super too and hold a must visit quiz night!

The room was lovely but as a solo traveller it was not ideal as the venue is unmanned so I did not feel 100% safe. There is not amenities so if you want to be left alone it is brilliant. The parking at the front is fine as long as you leave by 9.30am which worked for me.

Unusual check in but it works. Room (Print Room) was noisy as it was above the Bread Room so no lay in for me

Room was fantastic and also bathroom. I would just say that it was lacking of hospitality service like no one to talk to and dealing with finding places for dinner on a Sunday night was a big challenge . I was told that it seems to be the new way for B&B to be but a voice with a face is much appreciated.

On the positive side, communication was excellent with quick replies via WhatsApp. The bed was very comfortable, the room (Parisian Garette) looked cosy, and the nearby café had friendly staff and nice cakes - pastries cold though. Unfortunately, there were many small issues that negatively affected the stay. The pizzeria, café, and spa are advertised as hotel facilities but are actually separate businesses, which feels misleading. The Wi-Fi was advertised as 25+ Mbps but only reached around 4–14 Mbps during our stay. Heating is controlled by the hotel with no option to adjust the temperature, making the room uncomfortably hot at night. The bathroom floor heating is automated and can’t be used when needed. On arrival, the bathroom was not clean — I found hairs in the bath, shower, and toilet. While this was later cleaned properly, it was a poor first impression. There were only two power sockets, both far from the bed, making charging devices inconvenient. Also a little note about some considerations, the ceilings of our room was low (I’m 182 cm), so not ideal for taller guests. Mobile signal was also very poor — we had both O2 and Three with almost no coverage in hotel and neighbourhood. For a property marketed as 4 stars on Expedia and 5 stars on Google, this fell well short of expectations.
