Great value and great place. Our bedroom was spacious and had two windows that faced the garden and river. Great attention to detail, wonderful fluffy towels, very comfortable bed, jacuzzi bath fan, coffee maker fridge with fresh milk. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. We ate both nights and had breakfast and couldn't fault it. We really enjoyed this weekend. Thank you so much, and we are happy to welcome our dog too.

Would definitely stay here again. I just stayed one night, however, I would definitely come back. Very nice room with little extras that make a difference. fridge with complimentary milk and water, coffee machine, biscuits, etc. cozy, spacious room with plenty of sockets and storage. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and lovely fluffy white towels. We had both dinner and breakfast and were welcomed by Sam and the restaurant staff. Great choice of meals with generous portions and all delicious. Gratitude and close to Gloucester quay nearby. simple check-in and check-out. For the amenities, the price is reasonable.

We stayed on Friday and Saturday in August. We arranged to meet up with our family at the mooring post. We arrived at 5 am to a lovely location, and the staff was friendly. Our room was on the top floor and was excellent, lovely, clean, and large. On Friday night, we dined on the premises because the menu was reasonably priced and had a nice selection. The food was salty, but my family and I do not cook with salt, so we noticed. But halfway through our meal, we were unable to eat any more. My fries had lots of salt inside them, which you didn't notice until you got halfway through. We were all overloaded and could not finish our meals. My husband and I were both fluent in English, but I wish I could have taken a photo. Breakfast, which was included in the price, was exceptionally delicious, my husband and I had full English. However, I did request that my gluten-free meal arrive with black pudding. We frequently had beer kegs in front of the wheelchair-accessible toilets, which blocked movement at the bottom of the stairs. Very dangerous. We chose to eat at Toby Carvery the following night, a three-minute stroll away. When we returned to the mooring post past 9 am, we discovered it was already locked. My daughter made this for us as part of a plan reservation. My husband and I stayed for two nights. Breakfast was not included in the sum of 290 euros. One, toast and butter, was a full cooked breakfast of 10 people. Two more cups of tea could be purchased. The brunch was excellent. We stayed in the garden room, which was on the first level and had its own front door. The key in the key box was challenging for my husband to retrieve. The room does have its own terrace area with a table and two chairs. The room was fine, but there was no armchair to sit on and no window that could be opened for ventilation, despite the fact that there was a tower fan and french doors that could be opened. Because it was so warm in the room, we had to leave the door a little open during the night. This is a safety issue, toiletries were given, as well as a kettle, milk teabags, coffee, and two biscuits each. Glaucester is only a short distance on foot, and the surroundings are beautiful. My suggestion is to look for a discount on the hotel's cost. The price we paid was excessive.
