The staff was the kindest and most helpful that I have ever met. There were so many thoughtful touches- guiding us to our room, coffee and tea in our room offering unlimited information on demand. Quality touches such as robes and slippers, heated towel rack, beautiful lighting ( even in the closet) and excellent toiletries. Our view was not great, but the room was so beautiful that we did not need to look out. The woman who showed us to our room noted that all things in the room were complimentary. Many times it is impossible to know. I would love to stay here again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Store Oxford, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We stayed in Room 502, which features a large private terrace with stunning views overlooking Oxford, a perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making the whole experience feel warm and personal. Located right in the heart of Oxford, the hotel is the ideal base for exploring the city’s historic charm. We would highly recommend The Store to anyone visiting Oxford.

The Store is a contemporary luxury hotel in the heart of historic Oxford. The location is central to much of the area's attractions. The hotel's thoughtful design emphasizes a blend of old and new. The lobby and bar area on the ground floor are ideal locations for conversation, drinks, and looking out to old Oxford. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and quiet. The spa and rooftop bar add to the hotel's charms. Loved The Store.

The Store is an excellent hotel in central Oxford - so close to local attractions, shopping and dining. We loved the friendly and welcoming staff and the room was beautiful. We’re only had a few nights here but they were very memorable - I would stay here again
