The location is great because it has innovative transportation costs. It's a fantastic spot to see a musical. Service was good overall and the room condition was good. It's unfortunate that I missed morning coffee for several days due to a broken coffee maker. On my next business trip, I would come back.

We had a wonderful time at the thistle hotel in the Piccadilly circus. When we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised because the staff had kindly placed balloons and petals on the bed for my wifes birthday. This is a wonderful location for the west end, it is central for the theaters and Chinatown. Our stay was truly enjoyable, and we want to thank the hotel staff for making our stay unforgettable. The triple glazing provided us with a serene and quiet evening despite being in the center of London. The room was in good condition and immaculate, but one of the usb ports was broken. The shower was powerful, and the towels are soft and comfortable. We were welcomed with open arms when breakfast arrived. The cuisine was warm and replenished on a regular basis, and there are a wide variety. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The location is not far from Theatrelands, the room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast that was served was also served at a tasty buffet. We would stay there again.
