The room was very spacious and clean. Had all the things we needed, hangers, iron, kettle tv and sofa. Shower was clean and nice to use. The staff were excellent very polite and happy. Looked like they enjoyed there job and engaged with us well and helped us with any problems we had (we couldn’t get into the room safe after 2 mins of arriving) The area around the hotel was very nice only a 5-10 minute walk to the village centre which had restaurants, pubs, shops there is also a bus and train running there too if you didn’t want to drive. The views and sights were good too there was a waterfall nearby. Overall great value for money and the add extras of breakfast and use of the spa and gym facilities were also good value for money too.

The lodge rooms are superbly quiet with absolutely no road noise although friends staying in the main hotel were disturbed by traffic noise. Lodges are freshly decorated with great bathrooms and excellent daily housekeeping The continental breakfast had a good selection of fruit and yoghurt. The hot food was cooked to order which I much prefer to buffets. The full Welsh breakfast was quite a meagre portion with poor quality sausage, although the other choices such as poached eggs on brioche and cheese omelette with bacon were wonderful. The breakfast staff were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way provided a special order of porridge for a friend with an upset stomach. Overall this is probably the best option if you want a quiet stay and ample free parking on the edge of town within in a very short walking distance of the main busy areas of shops, pubs and restaurants. I didn’t try the hotel restaurant.

A great little hide-away in a beautiful village. We used it as a base for climbing Snowdon so the swimming pool was very welcomed on a hot day after climbing a mountain.

The location was perfect for access into Betws-y-Coed. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We finished off our stay with a lovely breakfast.

Wir waren in einer Lodge neben dem eigentlichen Hotel untergebracht. Recht grosses, renoviertes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Grosszügiges Bad mit einer Regenwalddusche und viel Abstellfläche. Und die nötigen Pflegeprodukte. Viel Tee/Kaffee usw und genügend Steckdosen. Viele Parkplätze auf dem Areal, auch direkt vor der Lodge und 3 E-Auto-Ladeststionen, die jedoch sehr kompliziert zu bedienen waren (mühsame App, und nicht Fehler des Hotels). Im Spabereich hat es ein Schwimmbad, Wirlpool, Sauna und ein Dampfbad. Personal war keines vor Ort, die nette Dame vom Beautysalon gab uns Badetücher ab. Das Restaurant bietet eine gute Auswahl an Gerichten und das Essen war lecker. Das Frühstück wird zT frisch und individuell zubereitet, Cereals und Tost sind am Buffet als Selbstbedienung erhältlich. Das Personal an der Rezeption, im Beautysalon und beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr freundlich

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. The accommodation is good, clean and spacious. We used the leisure facilities with large pool, a good clean sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The food in the restaurant was excellent and good value. 10 minute walk into the centre of Betws-Y-Coed.
