Very friendly place to stay. The room was was good quality, very comfortable and at a pleasant temperature. This hotel is being upgraded so the upstairs is under construction. However this does not impinge on guests as all the rooms in use are downstairs. I’ll stay there again next time I am in Dingwall.

Great hotel in the heart of Dingwall. Rooms are clean and modern and excellent price. The continental breakfast was part of the price and was very good. The Hotel is going through a refurbishment but had no impact on our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I would love to give this place full marks all round, but cannot honestly do so. The place is still being converted from its previous life as offices, so it was only partly open. It looks like some things have been rushed and done on a budget. However, despite looking a bit like a building site, the welcome was faultless. The painting needs to be finished, but the room was clean. The bed was superbly comfortable. The bathroom was roomy, and there was a fabulous shower. Unusually for a modern hotel, the lighting was excellent. Needed a bit more storage space in the room. We had a problem with the WiFi and reported it. They couldn't have been more helpful, and rebooted the router there and then, which resolved the issue. Only a Continental breakfast (and a basic one at that), which was a little disappointing. However, it was nicely presented and fresh, and there was always someone on hand to top up and attend to our needs. I am sure that when the rest of the hotel is open and they are up to full strength, it will be an excellent place to stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and they will hopefully take on board our suggestions. I wish them all the very best in this new venture.

Wonderful newly renovated hotel. Host was very helpful and friendly. Quaint area. The local bookstore was fabulous and the owner very knowledgable. Close to Inverness. Definitely returning

If like me you are imagining a nice cosy pub (due to it being called an "Inn,") then like me, you will be disappointed. It's more like a motel. That said, it was cheap and cheerful, basic but clean. Refreshments provided, but not hair dryer in the room. The chap who checked us in was friendly and cheerful. On site parking is available and walking distance to the pubs and shops.

Excellent value for money! Check-in was very friendly, more down to earth less commercial/generic you would get from the chain hotels. Room was clean, bed comfortable enough! Will definitely be back!

Extremely good value in basic accommodation. The room was warm, spacious and - very convenient for me on crutches - on the ground floor. The receptionist/manager/general factotum Charlie could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was adequate if basic. Location - five minutes walk from the station and local eateries - was excellent. The bed was a bit soft, but I slept well even so. If you're looking for lots of character, little extras and a cooked breakfast this is not the place for you; but it can't be beaten for value and what my mother would call 'wholesomeness'!
