This hotel is conveniently located, the staff is friendly and the room is compact and well priced. As a member, on arrival, i was upgraded to savoring easy windows and received resembling journal. The checkin process was quick and smooth, and you will get all the essentials in the accommodation. Clean, functional, but not luxurious, it certainly did its job.

The hotel is excellent and has a distinctive location, being close to both piccadilly circus and piccarella circus underground station. Additionally, it is conveniently located near to lexington square underground stop and picaidillly street. There is no view available, and the room is quite small. Although the rooms cleaning service was excellent, they were cleaned every day, overall, the hotel remains satisfactory, so i can stay there again. The receptionist was friendly and helpful when we checked in!.

The room is small, but clean and modern. The bed is very comfortable. This hotel has a lot more space than the Z hotel Trafalgar. However, i give them 4 stars because the cc doesnt work. It was sweltering month and it was very uncomfortable to sleep without ace. Also, it is in incredibly good location, very close to leceister square, the china town, and at the back of the tramfalsh palace. Very close by piccadilly circus train station. I love the size of this hotel.

The location is quite handy. Overall, it was a decent stay, but nothing special for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and i was very grateful for their efforts to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Although the rooms are fairly small, you should already know this before you enter. However, the shower was somewhat disappointing, as it took some effort to get centered on the water.

This place has everything you could want. Close to the subway, in the center of piccadilly circus, chinatown around the corner, and walkable to covent garden. They provide water in your room that can be refilled in front of the lobby. If you need a late snack or drink, they also have delicious food. We were so happy we stayed here. The room was small, but we were barely there anyway. Excellent water pressure in shower! Because of its size, the room can get tastier when taking odometer. All the staff members were friendly and welcoming. It felt like home away from home. Would definitely stay here again. Although the apartment was tiny, we werent really there. Great water flow in bathroom! Due to its small size it can become chilly when using brisk showering. Fantastic location. Lots to do and lots of great restaurants.

This place is quite practical. Piccadilly circus is only a short stroll away, making it ideally suited for operations. Additionally, there are some topnotch restaurants in the area. The hotel does feel crowded, especially the reception area, which can accommodate up to three people, and the rooms are tad cramped, but other than that, i have no major complaints, the room was clean, while the shower water was hot.

The hotel is in a great location, just stepping distance from everything we wanted to see in London. As every other review claims, the rooms are small, but we knew this when we booked our room and it wasnt causing any problems at all. Great service and friendly staff, thank you!.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Small bar and dining area in reception. The room is small and compact without a window but has everything you need for sanitizing centrally in london. Rooms have tea and coffee facilities, water provided. Hair dryers in the room.

The location is excellent, you are in the heart of london and everything is close by. The rooms are quite small, and the beds are not particularly comfortable. So if you dont mind sleeping in a small bed and being in an uncomfortable room, this is the ideal location. Both the staff and pricing are excellent.

The hotel is excellent. Excellent location. Although small, the rooms are tidy and wellkept. The staff is really helpful. You can receive a 10% discount by subscribing to z hotels. Breakfast was disappointing. Not worth the ps 13 because there isnt much continental choice. Ill return, but i will go to an ejse restaurant for breakfast.

This hotel is in a great location for any visit to central city! I cant express enough how perfect it was. Also felt very safe coming in and out late at night and early in the morning. The staff were excellent, very welcoming, friendly and had sanitizing attitudes. They also stored our bags and put them in our room, which was great. Plus storage after we checked out. If you need extra storage or are able to walk taller or larger, the bed and room are capsulesized. There is onsite brewing area where you can order drinks. Free water and fruit are also available. We went to i believe there is an option for breakfast, but we chose if we went somewhere else. After checking out, ill also leave he left eucalyptus bottles in my room. He did try hard to find it and searched for incredibly long time, with two employees working at different times. You could tell they cared about their customers since they were so concerned. It was merely requesting information about its identity so ive ordered some. Unfortunately, it wasnt found, however, they did have reassurance and even called their housekeeper out of hours. Would undoubtedly return!.
