Very pleased with our stay. Room is cozy and updated aside from carpet, but being that this is pet friendly I didn’t mind. My first time traveling with my poodle and she made herself at home. We did have a problem with toilet shortly after arrival but maintenance came within a half hour and fixed it. Staff were all very friendly, helpful, and property well managed. The pool and jacuzzi was definitely a highlight! My son loved didn’t want to leave. So close and walkable to heavenly village and nice to not have to drive once you get there. Rates are very good for the value and convenience. Would totally stay again. 2nd level balcony was enjoyable and we saw a bear roaming in the morning! Very cool! It was great for our one night stay.

Great location, free parking, and friendly staff. It's also easy walking distance to the beach, but (surprise!) the beach is private and charges $30/person to enter.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times. We have our dogs and it is close to food and shopping all in walking distance. All good, probably stay there again next time.

The front desk staff was excellent. They responded to a senior citizen guest with post-surgical mobility issues with compassion and kindness. When his cell phone was not working due to a battery issue, they assisted in getting it fixed. The names of staff that offered exceptional customer service I remember are Jessica and Cortez, and there were others as well. Thanks to them all as well as management for patience and understanding in dealing with a guest who needed them to provide extra service at a time when the facility was extremely busy.

We recommend this hotel if you are traveling with your family. We stayed in a two bedroom two bath apartment style room. They had everything you needed to create a home away from home. The staff was very friendly and was always quick to respond to any requests we had. The location is phenomenal whether you are wanting to go to the beach or the state line activities. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful perk to use after hiking all day. We will be staying here every time we go to South Lake Tahoe.

Not the greatest place but it wasnt bad. One of the few motels there that will let you bring more than just a yap dog. There is a dog area to walk them. It could use new carpet. I dont blame them for waiting since dogs are in and out.
