Nice place but, be wary of what side of the building your room is on as the sun can heat up the room quickly. Wonderful staff. Nice, safe place to stay. Conveniently close to the museums.

Had a great experience at AC Hotel. The staff in particular were very friendly and always had a welcoming vibe. The room condition and amenities like rooftop pool were perfect for my stay and I have no complaints there. I think the only negative is the shape of the hotel's ice machines, which weren't working on my floor. There was also a large cockroach in the hallway of my floor that I ended up killing myself. A totally random pest problem that probably happens infrequently, but it was worth mentioning. Parking is restricted and $60 a night so worth mentioning as well.

Cute spot and has a Thai restaurant just walking distance that stays open until 2 am ! Perfect for anyone hungry after a long night and doesn’t have to drive far.

As a solo traveler. I was concerned about location and security. The AC is located in an area that is safe and walkable to museums, restaurants, attractions, The Grove and Farmers Market. The rooms are modern, very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant. What a view! Breakfast was great! One price with a well stocked buffet. The hostess was wonderful. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Greeted me each time I returned to hotel. My only negative comment was the $100 a day the hotel added at check in ‘to covered incidentals’. This was not explained until check out although I tried to get an explanation several times during my stay. I did not rent a car so luckily did not incur the $60 a day parking fee. The final bill was correct. I would stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here for my girlfriend’s 26th birthday, and we both loved it. We came all the way from New Jersey and stayed in the King suite with the city view, the room was very spacious and clean and the hotel location was perfect and in proximity of all our excursions

This hotel is extremely clean. We love the wood floors in the hotel rooms rather than the carpet in most hotels. Beds are comfortable. Staff super friendly. Free coffee in the lobby. We stay here whenever in town.

Hacen limpieza diario de la habitación!! Las camas están súper cómodas y la ubicación es perfecta para ir a los lugares de West Hollywood y Beverly Hills! The grove está a 5 minutos en taxi, Melrose a 15 minutos. En la avenida hay muchas opciones para comer a una distancia caminable
