The breakfast was amazing. The staff were helpful and attentive. The pool was closed so that was a big disappointment. The outdoor upkeep was lacking but that’s not a big deal to me. The pillows and bed were very nice but the towels are very scratchy. We will stay here again when we come back to Watkin Glen.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel and room were clean. The bed had a dial that could make the mattress a little softer, which was very nice. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub which was clean and in good working order. The staff was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed having a continental breakfast. My only recommendation would be for the hotel to hire a breakfast attendant. The front desk clerk had to float back and forth during breakfast time to help keep the breakfast moving (change trays, refill milk, extras, empty trash, etc.). Would definitely return.

The breakfast was fair at best. The hashbrowns were falling apart, and the sausage was barely cooked. Although I was in person, with a traveling companion in a separate room / reservation, the staff chose to talk to someone who was on the phone (and had not spent the time to come on site) for 15 minutes at ~11:45PM at night. I really wish staff had first attended to the people that were present, especially at that hour.

Room and staff were AMAZING. The room was lovely and spotless, the staff were always super friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about the staff. I get the impression that they are currently transitioning management so things like the pool and hotel restaurant were not open. The breakfast was okay. Basic continental muffins, waffle maker, yogurt, and some sausages, hash browns, and eggs. Not much to write home about. Husband who has food allergies struggled to eat much of what they provided but he did say the coffee was good. All in all, I'd happily stay here again.

All staff we encountered during our two night stay were all very friendly and able to answer any questions we had. Breakfast was good, we appreciated that it wasn’t only bagels and waffles but also eggs and some type of meat. Our room was clean. The only downside was our bathroom had a smell to it upon arrival but nothing that affected our stay.

Room was ok and clean. Breakfast was ok as well. Typical hotel breakfast. Hilton labels were covered up with paper as if the name change had not been completed. The swimming pool was empty. Hotel seemed a little eerie.
