The staff were super friendly, down tovearth friendly, not fake friendly. They were also helpful and prompt about it when I had trouble with the tv. Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good. How coffee, tea, and water available at all hours & free.

Hotel was what I expected. Nothing fancy just the basics. Apparently there are some people living here that sat outside door with his dog. Another just hung out outside his door. Thought that was sketchy and needs to be cleaned up. Swimming pool area is apparently a storage area with no swimming possible

Its difficult to begin! Probably the worst best western we have ever visited on a monthlong road trip. Breakfast appeared to have been prepared the day before and had only been heating up. We chose to simply pick up breakfast items from the grocery store across the street. The previous guest had food left in the refrigerator of our room. Our meals and beverages were frozen in the refrigerator. The heater could not be turned off or turned down. The space was quite hot. We had to use our fan to make it somewhat comfy at night. It was difficult to get out of the space because the door lock malfunctioned. a safety problem! The room key slowed down. The hotel and the cleanliness of the room were questionable. The neighborhood uses Fi this facility to house the homeless. Unfortunately, there is evidence of drug use. A couple appeared to be in a residential drug rehabilitation program to get the help they really needed. Although the homeless definitely need a place to stay and get the help they need, this hotel is probably not the ideal location!.

This place is old but well maintained, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and give good information about the area, what is happening and restaurant suggestions. Staff clearly care about the satisfaction of the guest.

I was at this place. We had a wonderful time in the area. And the accommodations there were cleaned up, provided us with food, towels, and washcloths. They are there for us. a big thank you.
