The 1st room I was checked into smelled so bad! Like wet dogs were left in the room and it was full of flies. It was the most disgusting mess ever, so then I was moved to another room with no towels, no toilet paper and the a/c didn't work at all. I went down to ask if someone could just look at the a/c and was immediately told I could just be refunded there were no other available rooms. But I walked by 10-12 rooms that were empty cuz you know they leave the curtains open. This was 12:45am on the 4th of July and I had just gotten off work and just wanted to shower and relax. My boyfriend showed up and was able to fix the a/c but I had to argue to get towels and toilet paper. The front desk guy just kept telling me he will refund me. I will never stay there again.

Room was dirty, bathroom dirty, shower had hairs and etc in it. room was nothing like photos on hotels.com site. linens were stained. had to chase the staff in the morning for towels to take a cold shower (no hot water) plenty of parking though....

This place was a disaster. Door had at least a 2 inch crack in the bottom corner of it. Looked like the door was kicked in. Bathroom was disgusting the grout around everything was black. Toilet paper couldn't find until seen it on the sink. Bathroom door was busted up. Also kicked in. Bed looked like a rolling hill. It smells bad. No refrigerator, but the last straw was the tv work, but remote would not. Could not change channels. Was not going to spend 4 days there. Oh, by the way we do have pictures. Speaking of pictures doesn't come close at all to the advertised place they put on line. Also glad I didn't want to swim. Pool was covered but had trash all over the top of tarp. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. We left, but still have not been reimbursed. I believe I've said enough.

When I arrived at the hotel the staff was very courteous. But as I was checking in, another customer was telling us that she was.sent to her room and there was already someone there and they met her at the door with a baseball bat. Then I went to my room and it was disgusting. It looked as though someone had already used the bed, the TV was missing, and the room smelled horrible like so.ething had died in there. The swimming pool was still covered and ther was trash all over the cover. I went back and asked for my reservation to be canceled. Until this place has had a lot of clean up I would not recommend it to anyone.

Your rooms are very very nasty and dirty bathtubs are clogged up and full of water there is pubic hair everywhere it was very disgusting had foul odors paid for this day not only online but as I got there I had to pay another same amount of money so was charged twice for nasty dirty stinky rooms. I would not suggest stay at this Motel even if it was the last bit of money you had or is the last room available is not worth the money

The hotel room last night in Lubbock awful. It smelled like smoke and dog. There was a roach on the wall and elsewhere. No lamp shade, just a bare bulb. One towel, no wash cloths. No TV. The toilet wasn’t clean-feces spots inside the seat. They have the pool covered. There was a big fresh pile of dog crap right in front of our door!
