This is my first time staying here. My favorite part is room 21. In terms of setting, the view and the music at night make me love it. Rum cans are so fantastic. I will return without a doubt. The pool is well maintained and the service is very nice. I've been coming here for years. It is recommended if you want to enjoy a getaway, only an hour away from my house.

Clean rooms, nothing special, new room soon available. The older part needs work for the amount of money the room costs. Great location directly across from the beach. The area around the unit could be cleaner.

During the week, it's quiet and pleasant. The food served on Tuesday and Sunday is surprisingly good with live music. We usually spend the long weekend here once a year.

We had a great time at the beachwalk. The service is great, very helpful. Our floor-to-ceiling room had a nice river view on both sides, and we liked sitting on the deck to take in the view. This was my first time going back in 50 years while spending my summers in the bright waters of the sea. From that perspective, this was a great location. Ducks swimming in the pool was a bit of a turnoff. We did think the room was a little overpriced for the size and amenities.

I'm happy with my stay. I echo what another reviewer said, clean rooms. Nothing luxurious. Newer rooms are available. The older section needs to be improved to make up for the cost of the lodging. Excellent location right across from the beach The new section is attractive and has a street feel more contemporary. It is lovely to have a tiki bar right down the river from the rooms. The room didn't have an iron or ironing board, so we had to borrow them from the office. The ice machine was behind the checking desk and wasn't clearly marked. I believe that an ironing board should be in the room for the cost. If the rate was lower, I would probably stay here again, but I don't think the price was worth it for the quality.
