Rooms were clean, and stocked with clean towels. Breakfast was okay, waffles, eggs, cereal, yogurt, toast, and a few other baked goods. Coffee all day was a plus. There’s a gaming computer in the lobby was nice when my son wanted to have some separate time to play the game. Gym was clean. The pool area is nice and the pool is heated, just an intense amount of chlorine in the air (which happens a lot with indoor pools), we had to prop the outside door open to circulate the air as there wasn’t really any air circulation happening. Quiet hotel. Staff was extremely nice. Rest of the hotel was clean.

We had an excellent stay. The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. The property was clean. They had a variety of foods for breakfast. The location was convenient to anything we could need. We would definitely stay here again.

I always enjoy the Best Western in Norwalk! It’s clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff has always been great. I love staying here when possible and it’s not too pricey due to the summer activities. I have grandchildren and great grandchildren that live in the area. Thank you for this place.

Very nice place to stay. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and it's close to a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. Norwalk is nice, absolutely beautiful downtown.

Very clean and comfortable room. Beds were a dream! Breakfast was the only downside: coffee was cold, and no variety in food selection. I didn’t mind though: the excellent night of sleep in the amazing bed was all I was looking for.

Check in was very pleasant after a long tiring day of traveling, the gentleman at the front desk asked if we would like a fresh pot of coffee. I thought that was very nice. The room, hallways, and breakfast area were all clean. Our room was in the back and very quiet for us. The breakfast was much better than a more expensive hotel we had stayed at several days prior to here. The waffles were quite good as were the scrambled eggs.
