The room smelled like cigarettes but staff was good about it. We would have been changed to another room but they were sold out. Staff gave us their only can of air freshener and it was a disinfectant too. It was much better after spraying. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and helpful (I especially want to mention Hannah). Everything here felt great. It was peaceful, clean, and calm. A perfect spot to rest during a busy trip. It is also worth mentioning the good breakfast and the EV charging station.

We normally stay in hotels where the rooms open to interior hallways. We try to avoid staying in motels that have rooms that open outside to the parking lot or upper balconies such as this one. However, we were very pleased with this facility. There is ample parking; and the layout of the property is simple and easy to follow. Several luggage carts were available for us to transport all of our luggage to the room. Help was available if we needed any additional assistance. The front desk was very helpful with recommendations for nearby restaurants for lunch or dinner. The breakfast had the usual choices, including eggs, sausage, oatmeal, make- your-own waffles, cold cereal, breads, pastries, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. We would readily stay here again when traveling through Kingman, AZ.

The breakfast was delicious. They even posted times that were busier, and less busy for breakfast which I found helpful. The staff mentioned a 10% discount at a particular restaurant. However, when we got there and mentioned the discount, the restaurant staff denied having a discount, and if they did, the restaurant required a 'coupon'. Apart from that, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the room was clean, spacious, well-appointed and quiet.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, ein sauberes und gepflegtes, ruhiges Zimmer. Der Empfang war zwar etwas kühl und unpersönlich, dafür war der Check Out sehr herzlich und überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ok, typisch amerikanisch und kalorienreich, die frischen Waffeln waren sehr lecker, es gab auch frisches Obst. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert für alle, die einen kurzen Stopp in der kleinen Stadt auf der Route 66 besuchen kommen.

Great room sizes and staff are friendly. Our only issue was the gym opening time - many travellers like to workout in the morning before heading off to their next location and the gym strictly opened at 7:30 am.
