We arrived at nearly 9 p.m. (10:00 or time) and we're greeted kindly. The property looked taken care of and the room was clean. My pet peeve is the bathroom and carpeting. Both of those were in fair shape. Our king room was spacious with a pullout sofabed and side chair. However, we were not in a room close to the elevator as I requested when I made the reservation which was annoying. We were fairly impressed until the TV didn't have a picture only sound. I called the front desk, no answer. I called again, no answer so I went to the front desk for help and was told someone would be up to take a look at the issue. We waited 30 minutes without a visit or call to explain someone was still coming. I started to go through the tv settings to address the issue and was luckily able to get it working. I waited another half hour for someone to attend to the matter. I called the front desk from my cell phone, got someone on the phone who then told me he was the person coming to take care of the problem. Ticked off after being ignored and having to call from other than the hotel phone, I said it was handled, no need to come up now. He still wanted to take a look and I insisted he forget about it. Can't comment on the pool or breakfast because we missed both. Overall, we slept comfortably. May not stay here again, but you never know.

It is located near steak and shakes. Bob Evan restaurant is next door. my family went to eat there. breakfast is pretty good. It has hot and cold items. Waffle maker as well. I enjoyed the yogurt at the place. Check In and check out are pretty easy. We were on first floor near ice maker. Beds are so good. We got a good night sleep there. Thank you

Everything was very nice except for the floor needed to be mopped better. There was some kind of residue in the sink area.

Perfect hotel if you are on the road. We needed sleep. Very comfy and clean. Friendly staff. Room was updated and perfect for us. Comfy bed. Did not stay to try breakfast. Parking was the only annoyance as there was no entrance at the very back. A minor inconvenience.
