The staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient during our check-in. Shortly after we enter the room, the front desk called to make sure everything met our expectations, which was a nice touch. We were extremely pleased with the size of the road, its cleansing Ness, and the amenities provided. For the price, it was an excellent value. I had no major complaints The staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient during our check-in. I had no major complaints during my stay air-conditioning was making a slight vibration noise, I removed it, and reinstalled the filter for the noise stopped. Everything worked well after that overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.. The room was clean, the staff was outstanding, and experience exceeding my expectations. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to others.

Upon check in I was greeted by both sweet young ladies working. Jayda did the actual process of checking me in very efficiently and friendly. I was provided with a handy and helpful map of the premises which most hotels are not as thoughtful. The room was a nice surprise with the sleeper sofa/office area separated from the bed and bathroom area by a unit with TV’s on both sides. When leaving as I was taking things to my car the nice young man working in the pool/hot tub area greeted me and wished me a good day. There was nothing disappointing about this hotel or the staff.

We watched kids running around pool nobody seemed to care. This was right after a man fell down Leaveing pool area he slipped on puddle right outside gate where kids were running in an out. 91.911 was called as I helped the man up and to a chair . People in office never came out. Rescue squad took the guy away.
