I stayed here for one night before I left for a cruise. They were able to accommodate me with a little earlier check in and held my luggage for me before my room was ready. They have alot of shops and restaurants walking distance from the hotel which is a nice perk. Even though the location is south beach the hotel is not very close to a beach but Lyfts and Ubers were not too bad of a cost to get around from this area. I traveled with my teenage and 5 year old they enjoyed the roof top pool it gave a resort vibe and I will definitely stay here again!

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The rooms are small, but that’s clearly stated when you book, so it wasn’t a surprise. My only suggestions for improvement are the breakfast eggs and the room temperature. The eggs at breakfast had an unusual flavor that I didn’t enjoy. Also, the room temperature was maintained at around 71°F. While that may be comfortable for many guests, some people prefer sleeping in a cooler room. Having the option to lower the temperature would make the stay even better, especially during the hot Miami summer.

Took some getting used to, because the room was so small, and I'm 6'2 225 lb. But the bed was large, and they have a cool setup with being able to control the lights, TV, and blinds through your rooms iPad (though the process to watching streaming services was a bit convoluted and annoying). Overall though, the hotel is very modern and clean.

It’s our third time staying here while visiting family. Rooms are clean, the staff are helpful and the a/c works well. Close to cafes and restaurants. The shopping mall is walking distance as is Trader Joe’s supermarket.

The room was abnormally clean not a spec of dirt anywhere, staff was extremely sweet and helpful though mostly everything was self serve, breakfast I skipped and the air conditioning was a bit hard to get just right since it was electrical! Other than that my stay was 5/5 ⭐️

CitizenM is a very unique boutique hotel art everywhere I always enjoy my stay at Citizen M You have an iPad next to the very very comfortable King size bed The iPad controls the TV lights A/C I didn’t have time for breakfast but it’s delicious The staff was very helpful Citizen M is centrally located on Lincoln Road all the shops in restaurants it’s a pedestrian street
