This is a great hotel, in a safe area. super modern and well maintained and clean with soft water and awesome central AC. They have a dog walk in the backyard for the pups and welcomed mine with a squeaky toy. I will definitely stay here again whenever I am in Rapid City.

Hotel is on a busy stretch right by I-90. Parking in front is busy and can be tight. Many people drop off so can be difficult to get around them depending on how they temporarily park their car and size of car they have. Suggest parking in back, quieter and roomier. Easier to bypass front desk after checking in… they are secure entrances, of course. Check in went smooth, staff was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the local maps at front. Room was very quiet and clean. Busy time of year to be there, many families with kids, which is great to see. Would suggest optional covers for the doorway peep hole for rooms. Also suggest laundry bag in room, they do have a laundry room there. Found out the first day we could leave garbage outside our door for pickup and to obtain extra towels from front desk. Leveraged the ice machine, while we were not close by, it’s something to keep in mind if your room is assigned close by. Has two elevators, floors got super wet from pool users. Someone must have spilled a sugary substance when we were there, one elevator floor was very sticky, staff couldn’t get it all cleaned the first time around, they were busy! Breakfast was ok… we opted for it once. Seating is limited. Fair option if you are in a rush. Gets busy right away. We went for other options in town. Cookies were a nice touch and were delicious. No problems with check out, went smooth. Overall, good for the price.

This was a favorite stop on our family road trip. I think the kiddo went down the water slide at least 100 times. Room was great and everyone at the hotel was super friendly. Great little convenience area if we needed snacks and cookies at check in. Easy parking. Breakfast was good. No meat, but the best hotel biscuit I have had.

We had a problem with our online reservation but the Hotel staff got it fixed quickly and smoothly as we checked in. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and we all enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. The location was excellent since it was near lots of restaurants, shopping, and fast easy access to I-90. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. We also enjoyed to complimentary cookies at the front desk. I'd easily stay here again when passing through Rapid City.
