The hotel is fine. Clean, in a good location, the grounds are well-kept, with a typical courtyard layout and amenities. I must continue my trip during Couid and be mindful of where I go. Marriott is a favorite brand and over the nights this year. My beef here is they did not offer titanium benefits. No breakfast voucher points, no welcome drink water or snacks, and no upgradesother benefits. It's a little thing, but if you travel much, you're aware that tiny things tie you to brands. The check clerk said it was due to couid that they were still not offering any benefits while not wearing a mask or other mitigation measures. Not that I blamed them just using couid as the reason while not being really aggressive in being cautious seems hypocritical. I typically stay at the nearby Marriott property in Castleton or the Sheratons and both offer benefits. Sure, the management company is still trying to recover some revenue, but doing it with copiers seems to be an odd strategy. Again, it appears like a trivial matter, and I won't judge the hotel in terms of its nice property. Very convenient to many restaurants and shopping and just off 465.

We were in the keystone area for some retail therapy after a trip through northeastern the us and canada. I googled for nearby lodging and was pleasantly surprised to see this lovely, new courtyard hotel. I loved the decor, cleanliness, and comfort, but most of all, I liked that there was a lovely bistro in the lobby open till 10 so we tired travelers could relax with a drink and eat quick orders of superb bow!. And don't have to venture out into the crowds once more!

I stayed here for one night while on a trip. I can tell that the room was clean and civilized. The bed was comfy and I slept well. The bathroom is large and the shower is nice and hot. It's convenient to access local restaurants and just off the highway but you won't hear any noise.

The rate is really cheap for the rooms, and they also give free upgrades, they also deliver it directly to the room, which is very amazing. I am an Ambassador member. I didn't get an upgrade. This is a problem that people complain about because they don't get free upgrades. The solution is very simple, just book the room you want and get what you paid for.

We stayed here over the weekend visiting my family. We were happy with the room, staff and price. The location was conveniently close to i 465. They had sack breakfast available but we had other plans so I can't comment on that. Overall, a solid clean hotel with nice rooms and at a reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area.
