I arrived without any expectations. The public spaces appeared fantastic. All unexpected necessities, including microwaveable food, were available at the 24-hour minimum. The night manager was proficient and accommodating. The room was tidy, inviting, and well-designed, larger than my first two Manhattan apartments. It was more than just hbo, amazon prime, youtube, and netflix in the to, which was the largest I've ever seen in a hotel anywhere on the planet. Other hotels may not have this kind of luxury. Since I travel frequently, and I typically overlook the environment, it's clear that someone at Marriott is harnessing intelligence to increase the customer experience above the norm. That thoughtful attention to detail is the real luxury, and it impressed me much more than perfumed shampoo ever will. I'd like to test two more courtyards by Marriott to see if they're all like this. It's pleasant to be impressed.

I stayed one night on a quick work trip. I was moved the extra distance for this newer property. My room was nicely decorated, smelled normal, and everything worked as it should. The bed was also comfortable. My room had coffee but no coffee cups or creamers. The cafe downstairs never opened due to a staffing issue. The second floor had carpet that had separated in the hallway and a broken tile. Overall good, but I expected more.

We came to view our daughter play soccer at Princeton and had a wonderful time at this courtyard. The hotel is spotless, well located, reasonably priced, and most importantly, the employees are outstanding! Everything was spotless, the bed was extremely comfy, and the room was well-furnished. The pool area was also spotless, and we also utilized the gym. There were several machines, great equipment, and new weights in the exercise area. I heartily endorse this hotel!.

In October, I spent three nights there. Nice accommodations and an ideal setting, but those are the only advantages. No hot water is the disadvantage. They sent a maintenance employee to the apartment after we reported it. He tried to manipulate the controls and claimed there was a boiler problem. It appears that he tried to use the boiler as well. The water was lukewarm the following two mornings. When we departed, the front desk employee informed us that when the hotel was full, there was hot water problem. Stand-out boilers. You've probably seen some. The toilet spilled. I discovered that we had not reported it until later because there was no cleaning service and didn't want someone in our bathroom wearing dirty shoes like Est Maintenance's. There is no cleaning service. On the first morning, we saw the maid in the hallway and requested that fresh towels and trash be emptied. We left the used towels outside the room. Nothing when we returned even though the towels had been cleaned, but there was no trash. In the office, we had to purchase towels, tissues, and soap. At the front desk. On our last night, we were finally informed that we had to ask for cleaning service and that they only cleaned after three days. We were not told of this when we checked in or when we picked up towels each night. We were not informed of this at the front desk. Stay only
