It was great. Valet isn’t worth $45 but there was no other option. The place was nice, very historic and beautiful. Our room had carpet that was stained and the beds were very uncomfortable. The view was beautiful. We didn’t eat breakfast since coffee and breakfast downstairs was charged. It was ok.

A number of us from the Madrid High School (Spain) Class of 1965 had a wonderful stay celebrating our 61st anniversary at the Crockett Hotel in San Antonio. Great food and bar, warm vibe, great staff and walking distance to everything memorable in beautiful San Antonio. Across the street from the Alamo. Across the street from escalator access to Riverwalk. Highly recommend a stay here. We are returning next year. Perfect place for a family get-together, school reunion, or any special celebration! Welcoming feel, super location!

We were there for our honeymoon. We experienced a few problems upon check in but they immediately made it right and upgraded our room. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Room was beautiful. Pool very small and dirty. Parking was a disaster and unless you can walk, very expensive.

The staff was friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out, and the atmosphere made the stay feel unique compared to a standard hotel chain. The courtyard area was relaxing, the rooms were clean, and the overall vibe fit perfectly with a weekend exploring downtown San Antonio. If you want a hotel with charm, history, and an incredible location, I highly recommend the Crockett Hotel. We’ll definitely be back!
