Excellent stay. You get the basics and they do the basics well. Spacious enough as far as NYC goes. Great location for food as you are in Chinatown with the East Village just a 10 min walk and Little Italy a 5 min walk away. Staff was super friendly and the property and room was very clean.

I was actually shocked with how clean the room was. I was so scared it was going to have bed bugs because I know that’s a thing in New York, but I checked and it was all clear. I stayed here with my daughter last minute and the staff was very kind to her (she’s 3). And she enjoyed the breakfast very much. The elevators worked and the AC was blasting. I even had a decent view. I would stay here again!

Friendly staff and room was clean and modern. The neighborhood is not nice and has transient folks but that isn’t the hotels fault. It’s very close to little Italy. We only stayed one night as we had a cx flight. It’s a nice place for the cost for NYC.

basic hotel, nothing fancy but nice bed, tv, and bathroom. basic breakfast with a great view, and the people were great. I was visiting with a big bicycle box and they were understanding.

We liked the location, for one night stay is fine, if you plan to stay more than one day you need a bigger room, otherwise the staff was friendly, room was clean and the place was quiet

This was actually my fourth stay here, and it continues to be my go-to choice. The property is always clean, feels very safe, and the location is unbeatable—literally next to everything you could need. Highly recommend!
