The only problem I had was the hotel clerk could not understand why Hotel.com gave me a "mystery discount." and did not take payment on line. She had issue with the room cost difference not being reimbursed to the hotel. It took over 30 minutes to finally get checked in at the hotel.com price. So glad I had a printed copy of my confirmation with price given by hotel.com

I booked this hotel on line. The representative pictures and description were NOT the hotel. It was in very poor shape, the room was not clean , the "non smoking" had residual smoke smell , there were cigarette burns and holes from ash on the bed spread lining, and the office was closed and locked for the majority of my stay. A breakfast was advertised, but the only morning food was weak coffee. I will not do this again.

It was difficult to find, it had a very run down appearance, the floors were filthy, the beds were uncomfortable, I saw roaches in the room, half of the light fixtures did not work. I felt like I was in the ghetto, and I would wake up to the tires being stolen from my car. There was no coffee pot in the room, it was severely outdated.

Night clerk's english was so heavily accented she was almost unintelligible. Physical facility could use some work. Place looks a bit rundown. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Room was suppose to be non-smoking but smelled of smoke. Smoking ash everywhere and cigarette burns on tv and microwave. Microwave covered in filth. Beds as hard as rocks. Shower curtain covered in mold and unclean. Possible black mold in ceiling in bathroom. Furniture old and stained. Tv cable lose and had to be moved in certain position to work. Management did not care if guest where loud and obnoxious.

Nothing worked tub was nasty shower head nasty pull back the cover on mattress an it looked like it was picked up out the trash pile I would never give my money to this place again an then it’s NO REFUND I see why!!!!!
