The staff is wonderful! We had a block of rooms for my daughter's wedding reserved. After the wedding a big group of us met in the lounge area to continue the party. The young woman who was at the desk that night, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, made chocolate chip cookies for us! So sweet! Nicest bunch of employees!!!

Prior to our trip we called and spoke to Saffire and she nicely answered all our questions about our room etc. It was nice to know everything was arranged. Once we arrived we met Gentle and he was extremely helpful during the check in process. We got to our room and were amazed about how nice it was, as the hotel underwent a huge renovation. The 2 big issues we had with the room was the barn door that slides between the closet and bathroom would stick and it was hard to get the door to move. The other was normal dressers don't exist in the room. The room had one small dresser with a grill to store items. It did have a fridge and microwave. The beds were a little hard, but comfortable and being next to the airport you could still get a decent night sleep. The breakfast was the regular Hampton Inn breakfast, but good. My son enjoyed the pool, but we didn't use the fitness room. This Hampton Inn was one of the nicest ones we've stayed at and would definitely return.

Room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was hot and satisfying. There was also ample parking, which was convenient. However, the only issue we experienced was during check-in. When we arrived around 9:30 PM, there was no one at the reception. We had to wait about 20 minutes and made multiple calls to the helpline. One call got disconnected, but when we called again, a representative from reservations was very kind and tried her best to assist us in getting our room key. We were extremely tired after spending the day at a water park, so the delay was quite frustrating and unexpected. After several calls to the central line, someone finally arrived and checked us in. This was the only disappointing part of our stay. I would request the hotel to look into this so other guests do not face a similar inconvenience. Other than that everything was great! Also staff can be trained to refill breakfast without reminders.
