Only issue I had was the strong smell of urine near the bedside. I told the desk at checkout. They said they do allow pets in the rooms.

Property wasn’t the most up to date property, but it was clean and had what we needed. Breakfast was a little off - we got there 1 hour after it started and waffle mix was already gone. We waited about 45 min and and it was still not refilled. I will say though that I was VERY happy with the cleaning staff and front desk staff, Hailey. My daughter left her kindle in the room. We had a call not long after we got home that they found it. They provided us with the info to get it sent back and we had it less than a week later. They had taken the time to make sure it was safely wrapped so it didn’t break. For that, I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

This was one of the best run hotels that i have ever stayed! I'm usually very picky about details and i had absolutely no complaints! Very clean, comfortable and convenient!! I can't say enough about the entire staff and hotel!

This was a great, clean hotel! Spacious room, comfy bed, well stocked bathroom and the blow dryer even had an attachment! Breakfast was expansive and well stocked and very clean. This is my second stay here. I wouldn't choose any other hotel near

It is the only hotel in the area that you can stay in that is clean. Well kept. The bed was a little rough.

Service was absolutely wonderful!! Except for one staff member. The amenities were great . Pool area was very loud due to a clanky vent or something (?) but felt amazing so kinda evened itself out mostly :-)

Every aspect of my stay was perfect. The only thing that would have made my stay better was if they could find a way to eliminate the sound of doors closing (slamming), in the hallway. I have yet to stay at a hotel that has solved that issue…

I will definitely stay at this hotel again! The staff was AMAZING! Room was super nice and clean and they offered a free shuttle to the concert and made a special trip back to the concert to pick me up after my meet and greet with the artist! Highly recommend this hotel!

Loved how we were treated! I received texts through stay to see if we needed anything. They even had a welcome Carrie on the t.v. screen when we got to the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel
