The staff the night of check-in was amazing, went above and beyond, even moving us to another room for reason unrelated to the hotel. My wife was having hip survery and the room set up was perfect for her.

Room very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No trouble with parking. My husband got the 6am bag breakfast because I was schedule for surgery and couldn’t eat. He was pleased with the offering which was available early since we had to be at hospital by 630am.

This was one of the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at because the breakfast was made perfectly, the scrambled eggs were actually scrambled eggs and they had sausage patties that were flavorful. The only thing that wasn’t great was the mini fridge because like all of them it does not get very cold even when you adjust the thermostat. I had read reviews from visitors this week. That mentioned that the parking cost $10 a night, but that was not the case when I was there. Maybe that was a temporary attempt to rip people off. When I checked in the clerk was very friendly and nice and I did not see any sign about the parking cost. It was free. Which is how it should be since the hotel is located on the outskirts of Durham next to a dead shopping mall.

Was the perfect place to stay for visiting the research triangle. Clean, decent gym, and a helpful staff. And, if you timed things right, fresh cookies in the afternoon.

Clean room, friendly & helpful staff, standard breakfast, and on site parking included: 5/5 no complaints. Night time noise levels were barely tolerable (my only complaint), but that's through no fault of the hotel & staff.
