The hotel was very clean and our stay was great. Breakfast had all the essentials with a good variety, and we will definitely stay there again. I accidentally left my ring behind after checkout, and housekeeping found it. The staff was so kind to call me so I could get it back. The customer service was excellent, and Johnny was especially kind. He even offered us coffee and cookies for the trip home.

Hampton Inn is my choice of hotels and it never fails me in providing convenience, comfort and good breakfast. This Mountain View location is extra nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. One of the highlights was the continental breakfast—they offered a great variety of items, so there was something for everyone to enjoy each morning. It was a convenient and enjoyable way to start the day. The hotel is affordable, especially considering the quality of the accommodations and amenities. It’s located in a safe neighborhood and is within walking distance of downtown Mountain View, making it easy to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions. They have free parking as well. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel: I enjoy the free breakfast and friendly staff. It is very quiet for sleeping and the beds are comfortable. You can walk to Castro, street in 10 min. to enjoy dinner outside and many coffee shops! The free parking is safe too.

We enjoyed our visit here. The person that checked us in was a very pleasant gentleman. The lobby has an assortment of coffee readily available. The breakfast had hot food offerings as well as delicious scones, muffins, cereal, etc. The microwave and fridge in the rooms were very useful. The pillows could be better, but the mattress was fine. We have back problems, but had a good night's sleep. It's not a fancy hotel, but it is clean and offers everything you can appreciate on a trip away from home. We would definitely stay here again.
