I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff late past midnight when I checked in. he even helped warm up some food I had brought with me. Property had some intriguing walkways, but it was nice, clean, and well-maintained. One thing to note was the chic interiors of the bath. This place is very close to the harbor. Ideal for any tourist who plans to spend a day or two just in the downtown area and avoid wasting time in traffic. Breakfast was not included, and I didn't notice a breakfast area either. But I had a nice breakfast in Joia restaurant, which is adjacent (walkthrough) to this property.

The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. We were able to check in early with no issue. The room was spacious and clean and I love that the hotel offers cruelty-free bathroom products. Even though we didn't have a chance to use it since we were only one night, we LOVED having a DVD/VCR in our room with the giant selection of DVDs and VCR tapes in the lobby to select from. What a fun treat! The hotel is very close to many tourist attractions in Boston. We will definitely stay again.

Central walking distance to everything; very safe even at night. Nothing special to the hotel (not in a bad way) - you get what you pay for. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. Only real con is that there are no windows in the rooms.

Liked the staff and the location . Best located hotel in Boston and all the staff and Bostonians couldn’t have been more welcoming , friendly and helpful. Our stay was to watch Scotland in the World Cup and to enjoy the city of Boston . Room was clean and comfortable with a big bathroom and good facilities . A kettle in the room would be a great addition but the staff did tell Us we could get hot water from the attached restaurant for tea and we did make use of this .

It is easy to walk the city, ride the T and get back to the hotel. An elevator to the Aquarium T stop is just outside the doors. The staff was helpful in directing us to Fenway Park via the T. We had breakfast a couple of times in the restaurant, one time on the front patio when it warmed up. We took a cab from the airport but once we learned the T we took it back to the airport, easy and cheap. Clean room, great staff, air conditioning good.

Great stay at Harborside Inn. Comfortable bed, very clear. Close to the centre and Harbour. Big room and bathroom. The only negative, there wasn’t any day light coming in as we had a courtyard facing room on the second floor. If I was to book again I wouldn’t book this type of room.
