Welcoming staff. The central location of the hotel made it easy to walk to all the attractions. The food at the restaurant was excellent!

Incredible location near the Aquarium subway line. Easy access to the waterfront and the Freedom Trail. One slight negative is no coffee in the room nor offered in the lobby.

The location is amazing it’s across from the aquarium and right across from Quincy market . You can park and go! The rooms have enough space for families… staff are very friendly!

Staff was helpful and willing to assist with a late checkout. This allowed me to take in more of the area prior to my departure.

A well kept ‘old’ building reno. Nicer finishes than would have expected.

A very cute hotel. Quiet rooms, soft beds, chique lobby, checkout at 12, cold water with lemon free to use. The shower, especially the one with a hose, was a little run down but okay.

I cannot say enough good about this hotel! From the price and location, to the beautiful interior and friendly staff…it checked ALL the boxes! We are a family who loves to travel and we have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years; this is now one of our favorites! If you are traveling to Boston, you will not regret staying at this sweet spot!

The location of the Harborside Inn is perfect as a home base to see all the Boston sites. The room was clean and efficient. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. The bar and restaurant were both fantastic. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an enjoyable time in Boston.

The parking was not explained well. Ended up paying $90 to park for less than a 24 hour stay.
