Hidden Canyon combines some of the best features of a bnb and a hotel. We stayed in the king/queen room and had a full kitchenette and plenty of space. The room opens to a lovely courtyard, perfect for lawn games during the day and star gazing during the night. On a dark night, the Milky Way is only steps from your room. They turn off outdoor lights around 9:30 to really help you see the stars. There is a small grocery store by check in with plenty of provisions at marked up but still reasonable prices. We also got “breakfast tokens” which could be used to buy food there or at the national park’s cafe. There is a pool, but we did not have time to use it. Do not be intimidated by the gravel road leading to the place. The views on the way to the canyon are spectacular as well! The rooms are keyless entry and for check out you only need to leave the property. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with many nice touches to make us feel taken care of.

This was our second stay at HIdden Canyon. The room was comfortable and quiet. The kitchen area has fridge, cooktop, toaster oven and dishes. Our daily token allotment covered our frozen dinners/pizzas and a few treats. We enjoyed watching the deer and turkeys. There's a great pool but the water was really cold so only used it once. But we did sit outside every night to watch the stars. The outdoor lights go out at 9:30 so viewing is optimal.

the place was GREAT. Only a couple weak spots - the pool furniture was pretty bad & it's a long tough dirt road to get to Hidden Canyon. Those things aside, they have made a very successful effort to make it wonderful to be a guest there.

This is a truly amazing, secluded and beautiful place. And the amenities they offer are incredible. My room was very large with a comfortable bed and lots of pillows. I had a table and chairs for dining and a loveseat to watch TV. Not great WIFI reception, but that was not a concern, but they do have great Direct TV reception with lots of channels. The kitchen had a super large and deep sink, with microwave, keurig, toaster, small fridge/freezer, toaster oven and 2 burner induction stove top. Coffee/tea is included for keurig. The induction stovetop is Tramontina as well as their pots and pans. The bathroom is equally large with tub/shower combo and lots of counter space around sink. Included is soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion, all very nice. Outdoors has a large griddle and a grill (propane) for use and in the room are all the necessary utensils to use with it. A large hot tub and inground pool are also on site, with towels available near the game room. The game room is large and has a ping pong table, couches, TV, board games, puzzles and a library. There are various styles of folding camp chairs and loungers to borrow to sunbathe or watch the night sky. Upon check in I received tokens to use in their store for any food items I would be needing. They have frozen meals, fresh foods, snacks, wine, etc... If I am ever in this part of the country again, I will absolutely book my stay here.

What a great place to stay if exploring Great Basin National Park. We had a suite that was reasonably priced with two King beds and a functional Kitchen. The room was incredibly clean and stocked with everything you need for light cooking. The ranch also has a small market where you can purchase food, but we brought an ice chest and loaded up at a grocery store (nearest one is about 1 hour away so we loaded up in the town and then transferred everything to refrigerator/freezer in our room. The ranch is set along a creek that is about 6 miles off the highway. It is beautiful with wildlife and peaceful. After a long day of hiking it is a great place to unwind. We really enjoyed our time!

This is a beautiful oasis close to Great Basin. Very relaxing and a great place for star gazing. Room was comfortable with wonderful appliances for cooking your food since restaurants are a distance. The staff are very welcoming and we throughly enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is in a beautiful oasis, what can be better than being greeted by deers in the morning and in the late afternoon coming home. The room(s) we had are properly equipped with everything we need; the beds are so comfortable, the surroundings are just so serene and nice; although there is no longer breakfast served in the morning, the kitchenette and the little store onsite is sufficient to meet our meal making needs. The tokens we were provided allowed us to get the essentials for us to make a total of 4 meals, can’t be any better. We will return when we are back to the great basin area again.

Just know the road into the property is 7 miles of well maintained gravel road with curves and hills. The facility was as stated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is chosen from items in the store which you microwave. Worked well.

The only comment is that to say the dining in the small town twenty or more minutes way is limited is an understatement. It was non-existant.

We only stayed one night but definitely would have stayed longer if time allowed. 6 miles down a maintained road to this hidden lodge was well worth it.

We loved our stay at Hidden Canyon. A unique property close to Great Basin. Christina was super helpful, and had great suggestions for nearby hikes.
