Everything here was great. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The only negative was it was not in the best “scenic” area, but it was just a few min walk to the subway and easy to get to where you need to be. Still highly recommended!

I had a situation where the AC indy apartment wast working and it was a hot weekend. I needed a plane to stay for a couple of days while it was being fixed. I was so relieved to find the Highbridge!! The room was nice and cool and I slept very comfortably!!

My stay was great! Diane, Orlando, Joel, and their team were very accommodating! I’ve stayed here multiple times and every time it’s a great stay. The rooms are spacious and clean! The food at breakfast was good, also coffee is available 24/7. I loved that! There was an issue with a guest screaming and woke us up in the early morning hours but the staff handled it so very well! The AC was great especially since it was hot this week in NY. I did not get the name of the lady that cleaned my room but she was the sweetest person and was so nice when I needed extra towels. Overall I had a great stay and will be booking again. The team at Highbridge Hotel is amazing!!

The room was spacious and clean. We loved it, especially at the discounted price. We’ll rebook soon. I didn't like the overpriced $30 parking fee. That needs to be reduced.

Our stay was exceptional and went beyond what we would typically expect from a 3-star hotel. The staff were outstanding—consistently pleasant, respectful, and attentive throughout our visit, including during breakfast service. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the added security feature of the door alarm system, which made us feel extra safe during our stay. Breakfast was also very good, with a variety of hot items such as eggs, bacon, and potato tots, along with a selection of breads, oatmeal, and other standard continental options. Overall, we had a very positive experience with both the hotel and its staff, and we would gladly stay again.
