The place is clean, the breakfast included is good and the staff is super nice. The only thing g that we didn't like was the fact that is pretty isolated and if you want to go anywhere you need to get a car.

Hotel is brand new and they were really busy, people everywhere. We went to see Dave Matthews across the street at the Morton Amphitheater. Perfect location, we were able to walk. Room was freshly cleaned. Parking is supposed to be included but I couldn’t figure out how to get the voucher and never went and asked about it. We are at the restaurant, they were out of one of the items but what we ordered was as expected. Bar drinks were great. We didn’t use the pool. Bar stayed open late after the concert and we were able to sit outside and have a nightcap. Staff were all friendly. We are Hilton honors members but we weren’t able to use our status because we booked through hotels.com because it was cheaper. Would definitely stay here again, especially for concerts across the street.

They room was great and the staff was very friendly. New place so I figured there’d be some bumps but we were not informed of paid parking or the cost of the breakfast buffet so that kind of caught us off guard but it was a pleasant stay none the less.

Had to wait for 45 after 4pm check in for our room to be ready. The hall by elevator smelled like sewage. The rest of the hotel is clean and room was a nice size. Nice pool area. Was given a $10 food credit. Could have done a better comp for waiting.

The morning desk person was one of the most rude individuals I have ever come across. There are people who are front of the house and back of the house people. This individual should be so far in the back of the house that she should be in the field behind the hotel.

There was someone already in my room and when I went back downstairs there were at least 6 other parties that had wrong room as well. There was also no water. Ended up driving home instead of waiting for the poor front desk lady to figure it all out. I feel for her walking into that shitshow at 11pm
