Beautiful property. Boats for the canal have apparently been out of service for several months, with no explanation when asked. Other than that, zero complaints. Staff was awesome, super clean and very family friendly. Restaurants were all top notch.

I enjoyed my stay at the resort and LOVED my room. The walkways offered a museum feel and provided something to look at each day. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. I wish the Tram was faster but that is my only complaint. I ate off the resort so I cant comment on the food, but loved the availability of the shuttles to the shopping centers and the Lava Lava Club.

Absolutely beautiful resort! Its location on the island is arguably one of the best with it's gorgeous sunset views. I also loved the convenience of having a beautiful lagoon with all it's tropical fish and sea turtles on site for snorkeling. Plenty of activities to keep you busy or comfy, peaceful places perfect for lounging. This is easily one of my favorite resorts and I can't wait to go back.

We went to the Big Island just for a quick stop to hopefully see the volcano eruption (sadly it wasn’t active while we were there) and had minimal expectations of this place… we ended up loving the Big Island which was much quieter than Oahu or Maui and our family absolutely loved the Hilton Waikoloa Village. The place is beautiful and very well manicured. It is large and moving from one place to another on the resort took time, but our kids are college age and that just provided us some much needed physical activity after eating Poke nonstop. Really my only complaint would be that the restaurants on property closed early enough that if you were out late at all, there was nowhere to get food. Most places closed by 8:30. Aside from that, we loved it! I would definitely go back to this resort and stay longer!

Ultimately, we had an amazing vacation at an incredible resort! We did reserve this property because of its location, and it did not fail! I would not hesitate to reserve your stay here. The pool was incredible! They do have a tram that brings you from one end of this enormous resort to another, but the tram was not working during our stay. Enjoy your trip to Paradise and don't hesitate to book this resort!
