Overall, i was pleased with my stay and would return. After making a brief trip to cali, we decided to stay tastier outside of la. This hotel was fantastic! The room appeared to have just undergone renovation. It was somewhat modest, but the balcony with sweeping views of the pool made up for it. The space was tidy. There was also sanitary in the bathroom. Both the shower and the water were both hot. I had some interaction with the staff, who were friendly and competent. To get to la, the hotel is only about 25 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic. At the bar, there was the opportunity for me to enjoy ten drinks. Strong and reasonably priced beverages were served. My first drink was problematic, and when the waiter graciously made me another, she graciousdly replaced it with another. When you dont want to light the entire room and only need fewer lights to move around, this is the only suggestion.

Ive always stayed at this holiday hotel. It is very comfortable. The china district is really convenient and the service is excellent. Every time we want an evennumbered room not close to the highway, the front desk will try to help arrange it. Haha, i forgot to take pictures, maybe next time.

The place was spotless and sanitized when we arrived. Our room was cozy and felt at home. We still enjoyed using the hot tub even though the pool was too cold to swim in and have a good time. The food was delicious, although the price range was tad higher than i would have liked. For some reason, the linen sheets made my skin itchy. Im not sure what detergent they use to wash them, but if you have sensitive skin, be careful. Overall, ive had eagle experience! If you want to spend ten days or two on vacation, this is the place to stay.

William, the night staff, is a true professional. He was kind enough to call me before i checked to let me know there were constructions going on in the area, so he advised me to choose another route. Always friendly and customer driven.

This place is highly recommended, clean, quiet and in the cut. The jacuzzi was the hottest ive ever been in and i loved it. Close to restaurants with good food inside and the staff are very friendly and attentive. 5 stars.

The hotel was nice, you can tell it is old but still nice. We got an upgrade to a room with tv which was good. The weather was cold so we needed sanitizer but the heater didnt work brought it up to the front desk and they sent maintenance and fixed it within minutes. They had i hot tub which were great, the fire pits are cool too, and the restaurant food is good but expensive.

My experience at this location was excellent. Having attended a threeday workshop in pomona, i was quite pleased with the room space, cleanliness, and comfort during my stay. I have stayed in several hotels, but this has by far been the softest bed and most comfortable ive ever slept in.

Overall, my stay was fantastic. The rooms have been updated to reflect the latest trends. I adore using dove products. Although the bed is a little too soft for my tastes, i had sanitized it for the entire seven nights.

This hotel is quite cozy. The bed sheets and linens were spotless and cozy, ensuring a restful nights sleep for my family. Additionally, the staff members are exceptionally attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. While checking in was simple, we found the rooms to be enjoyable, with plenty of parking space and allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful view from the hotel. At the moment, they are offering 50% off margaritas. Its worth noting that the bar area is spacious enough for id say it is adequately staffed, adding to the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and look forward to our next visit again.

Arrived at the airport in the morning. I was able to call in and speak with adrian at reception. He was allowed to let me check in, and he dropped off my luggage, so i went out for lunch.

The location is very clean and peaceful, the staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, bed is really good, view is amazing, my toddler made it her home away from home. Pool is clean with decent size, but the water is freezing, so we got in the hot tub which was like warm and perfect for sunny weather. I will definitely be back. Thank you!.

My stay here is always the best experience ever. I love the pool and jacuzzi. The setting is amazing and the serenity is great. You feel very comfortable with the surroundings and very convenient to get to from your room.

Easy checkin and checkout, had to rest for meetings the next day and got in a little late but was in my room and sleeping in no time. The room was clean and cool, the bed very comfortable, lots of tv stations too and hbo had several channels that helped me fall asleep.

The room is a little dated. The front desk staff is very friendly, even though there is only one employee on duty. Disposable items were not properly prepared. When i asked for tan, he said there was only 1 toothbrush available. On the hillside, the environment is excellent.
