Our stay was a great experience. The staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Shawn, the breakfast manager, made our mornings bright and cheerful. She was understanding about my food allergies and accommodated me to the best of her abilities. We will stay here again when the time calls for a return visit to Detroit.

I had an emergency so I chose this hotel because of the convenience of the location. Been years since I stayed. The young man on the midnight shift was very pleasant and helpful. Five star service. Will stay again.

We stayed overnight for a wedding. Rooms were clean and spacious, friendly staff. There was a pool on the property which looked nice but was closed (we wouldn't have used regardless, just an FYI).

When I was trying to book hotels in that Michigan area , my focus was to book a hotel that is clean , no bed bugs , and family friendly. This Holiday Inn GM-Tech has had all ticks in the box. We haven’t had any bed bugs , no sign of it, clean and family friendly. Stuffs are good and helpful, abundant breakfast for the morning, and peaceful environment. We loved it. We booked two rooms for two days . Probably by mistake one room didn’t get room service (one day). Also I was too lazy to ask for it. Other than that, I don’t see any shortcomings from their side. Rooms were clean , comfortable beds and pillows, clean washrooms . They were all good enough for our family. I would recommend to all to choose . I would give them ten out of ten. Thanks for the service Holiday Inn-GM tech.

Breakfast was better than a standard continental, it had hot food as well as fruit, yogurt, cereal, delicious cinnamon buns. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious.
