This hotel still has the new carpet smell. Everything was very clean. Pool was small, but great for kids that just want to cool off. Front desk staff was delightful at check-in and check-out. We had to leave before breakfast each day and the employee packed our daughter a full to-go breakfast. We stayed for a soccer tournament and will definietly be back next summer. 10/10!

This hotel was absolutely perfect! The room was quiet, clean, spacious, lots of hooks for things, lots of USB and USB-C outlets, huge fridge and mini bar area, beds comfy and linens so soft and lots of pillows of different firmnesses. The pool was clean and the temp just right, and it is saltwater! The staff was friendly and helpful. We just can't say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

My room did not have a pull out couch like it was supposed and holiday inn was very nice and gave me a discount for the inconvenience.

This hotel seems very new and is extremely clean. We stayed on the first floor so the ceiling was very high, which made our room a little echo-y. With loud kids that might make a difference. We were right next to the lobby, so very convenient for pool, ice, breakfast, but you could hear some noise from the breakfast area so request further away if that bothers you. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not. You cannot turn out the little light by the bathroom switch, and for some reason the thermostat would come on and light up the room randomly. The window blind fits in to a slot so there was no light coming in at all which was great being that the parking lot was outside our window. It felt very safe there, but there are no restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good, nice variety, and plenty of it even at 9:30am. Room was spacious with a king bed, chair and desk, and lounge chair. Shower was nice, and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion were provided. And again, it was very clean. It worked well for us, and I’d stay there again, plus recommend to others.

Clean room comfortable bed parking sufficient. My experience in booking this room was quite literally the worst experience I have ever had. When it was all said and done I basically had 5 rooms rented and pre paid for. Very hard time speaking to customer service. Had to put a hold on my credit card to ensure no more money was taken. Now looking at 3 to 5 weeks of investigating this ordeal before I may get an answer or a refund.very disappointing.

The booking was for an ADA accessible room. The room was clearly NOT ADA accessible, lacking a hand-held shower head, easy access to the shower, grab bars in the shower and bathroom generally, and a higher toilet, all common to accessible rooms.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. However, the air conditioning did not work in our room and was a oppressively hot 80degrees. Staff was sympathetic but no compensation was offered when we brought the problem to their attention.
