I was greeted as I walked in. I had keys and water in my hand before my family walked In the door. I felt important. The hallway was well lit and had a good temperature and smell. Room looked immaculate.

Everything was great. However, at check-in, the staff member was having a hard time with my account. She was so kind and trying her best. It took her a little bit of time therefore we ended up with a line. There was another staff member who was there but left. I understand that it was time to leave but there was a line. He could have stayed and helped.

Very nice and very clean. The staff was great! The hotel is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and in a great location. The breakfast was awesome and as a vegetarian it even offered food that I could eat. I will definitely stay there again. There’s so much more I could say about this place.
