Room was very clean and hotel is very conveniently located. Bathroom was showing its age but no worse than I have seen at higher valued hotels on the strip. Check-in was easy and we were able to get into our room right away. Also very quiet room. Great view of the High Roller and Sphere, which was a nice change!

There’s a need to repair the elevators & make more available during peak times during hufecpojer field events.. also the overpass bridge to the eating areas need the floor to be power washed.. it makes the bottom on my white sneakers black & dirty. Also. There is a need for more bathroom attendants to continuously keep the toilets clean during poker break… they’re disgusting

Great location and amazing price. My room was super clean and the housekeeping staff was all so so friendly, helpful, and hardworking. I traveled alone and I felt safe. It’s much more of an old school Vegas experience. Great rooms for the price and all of the fancier hotels are super walkable.

Horseshoe is great for the money. Only complaint was that our room went uncleaned for 3 days straight. We told management and they gave us coupons to use at Caesar Resorts. Even then, the very next day our room still went uncleaned.

Staff was knowledgeable , the only concern was the wait to register long line and short staff . Kiosk was not working the staffer working them had to come and assist with the front desk. I love th room view and how it was clean before and afterwards. Unforgettable experience with the horseshoe .

Loved the texting feature for real time information. Hotel was clean! Loved using the Paris pool. Beware Vegas is INSANELY EXPENSIVE. Won’t be returning anytime soon. Live and learn.

We have stayed at the Horseshoe several times and we keep coming back for the following reasons: clean room, friendly staff, love that we can use the Blu Pool and the Paris Pool, centrally located on the strip, good food options, and bottom line just a great hotel!

Hotel was lovely, room was very spacious and nice. Checking in on the machine was easy. For parking you have to take a ticket and pay for the 1st day, after that you can just use your key card and it gets added to your bill. Downsides is we had a room for 3 for they only allow 2 devices to sign up on the wi-fi. Wasn’t an issue for us but might be for others.
