This hotel had an Old World feel. Beautiful venue, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast made us feel right at home. The room was very small and you have to pay for parking, which I wasn't expecting. The hotel is in close proximity to everything.

The hardwood floors in the rooms are a plus. They make the rooms feel clean and fresh as opposed to carpet which I feel makes rooms dirty and smell stuffy. The breakfast is great and the staff are accommodating and friendly.

Location for my show was great. Old school charm, beautiful lobby area room. Didn't have time for pool and gym but it covers a whole floor (Athletic Club). Joe at check in was great and personable. He left me a hand colored note with drawing asking me if there was anything else I needed, to let him know. The young lady at check out was friendly and we chatted about sci-fi shows. I was able to hang out a couple hours after check out to meet a business contact and use a computer room. The expansive colonnaded entry room is lovely and a wedding was coming up there that day. I checked out on time but somehow the computer didn't close it until the PM so a late charge was added. A phone call and and email and it was returned in a few days. Real keys added to the charm. Room was small but efficient and the bed was excellent. A good rate for the location. The booking said balcony but there was none. Overall I was very happy and would stay there again!

We had a great stay at Hotel 340 for a couple of nights; staff was very accommodating, friendly, helpful with recommendations of where to go, dine, and any sightseeing. The hotel has a great early-century history and look, great rooms and spaces to hang out. Our room was very comfortable, and made our stay very enjoyable. Service for any requirements for the room were prompt and courteous. we will definitely stay there again. We highly recommend it.

Had a 2 day stay that was nice. Old,historic beautiful building with nice rooms,simple but good breakfast. Safe boxes in the lobby. Check out the haunted ballroom. Nice location within walking distance of most sights. Only disappointment was that they couldn't be bothered to provide a grab and go breakfast for our early check out which was mean. Other than that enjoyed our stay.
