The rooms are basic but CLEAN. The staff are very friendly and helpful going out of their way to provide service. The food at the attached restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. The neighborhood has everything you need close by and is not crowded with tourists. We had a great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Henri NYC! The hotel is charming, the location is perfect, and the entire staff made us feel so welcome. The girls at the front desk were especially sweet and helpful during our stay. Everyone was kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. We truly felt at home there. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York!

Das Zimmer war sauber & geräumig. Wir haben die günstigste Kategorie gebucht, daher war es etwas abgenutzt aber das war gar kein Problem. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und man kann New York gut zu Fuß/öffentlich erkunden.

Absolutely would recommend this hotel for staying near midtown/Flatiron district. The staff were awesome, the rooms were beautiful, bed comfortable. The restaurant (hole in the wall) had delicious food, the rooftop bar (wallflower) was a gem! The only negative thing I could say was they forgot to put an ice bucket in the room and didn't have anymore to give us but we were given a bag to put some in and i aint picky so 😆 i will be staying again!

The staff was amazing!!! Very helpful and very nice. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel that was delicious so there was no need to walk far for food when the weather got bad. The cleaning staff did a very good job!!!

the property is in a perfect location from all sightseeing and shopping. Subway is close by nearly no walking more than a mile . We arrived early but they kept our bags secured and returned at check in. Always had a water station available which came in handy from the heat. Air conditioner BLASTING cold air. perfect place definitely will book again !

The staff were my favourite part about our stay. I don’t remember the receptionist first name but I remember her second name - Fortune. Always so cheerful, definitely made us smile every time we saw her. The rooms were pretty small for a double bed for 4 people and it was a bit dusty in places. Beds were comfortable and clean but space and storage was a big issue. I think I would only stay there again if it was just the two of us so we had more space, granted we did not spend much time in the hotel only to sleep really. Thank you for making our stay notable Ms Fortune!
