Delighted to discover Hotel Mazarin! We live in Louisiana and have been coming to New Orleans for decades for theater, weddings, or shopping. Located a 5-minute walk from Saenger Theater, across the street from John Foltse's Revolution, a block from Arnaud's, GW Fins, 1 block off Bourbon Street, a 2-3 minute walk from Galatoire's and Antoine's. Rooms are clean, tastefully decorated, roomy and relaxing. Doors open to a beautiful spacious courtyard below. A quaint bar on property and The Old Absinthe Bar steps away. Pleasant and attentive staff. Bravo!

From the moment we checked in until we checked out two days later, this was an outstanding experience. The rooms were excellent, clean and well stocked, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the on-site bar and restaurant were quite good, and they made parking a breeze (via valet). Convenient to everything you’d want to do in New Orleans, the Mazarin is a great place to rest and refresh. We will definitely be staying there again; highly recommended!

I absolutely loved the courtyard and the fountain. The architecture was beautiful!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. What a beautiful and quaint property. Also, you can't beat the location, it was extremely close to Everything. I would definitely stay there again

Great room, very nice staff, beautiful courtyard – parking on the higher end of what you find in New Orleans, but very convenient When I did my search, I wanted to be in the warehouse district and didn’t bother to check any maps – this hotel is in the middle of the French quarter – having said all that it was a great location and we had no problem with noise or any other disruptions

Hotel Mazarin is a NOLA gem inside of the French Quarter. It was resonably priced, even for the Jazz Fest 2nd weekend. The location is perfect for walking to everywhere; one street off of Bourbon and only a few blocks from Jackson Square or Canal Street. There are so many shopping venues, bars and restauarants all within walking distance. The hotel has a lovely inside courtyard where you can relax, meet with friends or pop in to the wine bar for a quick drink. Even though this is an older hotel, the rooms were nicely updated with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. It has a work out room that is functional. There is no onsite parking so valet is a must. It was only a few blocks to the buses and cable cars, so no need to have the car out for anything during the stay. This was the perfect hotel for an authentic NOLA weekend, and we would defintiely stay again.
