Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of everything! Perfect location for shopping, dining and walking the city. We were there for CofC graduation and ordered a room with 2 queen beds (being graduation weekend prices were expensive so our other son was going to have to sleep in a room with us, couldn't really afford 2 rooms for 2 nights plus all of the expensive Chrarleson fine dining!) The hotel called us as we were an hour away and said they didn't have a room with 2 queens beds, but they could give us 2 rooms with kings beds at no additional cost. How amazing was that! The rooms were very nice, beautiful bathrooms, and a bonus - little balcony that you can enjoy your morning coffee. They have the best complimentary coffee and chocolate croissants and plain croissants from a bakery across the street that they put out in the loby at 7am! So good! The staff were super friendly too! Highly recommend this hotel.

I loved my stay at Hotel Richemont! ALL the staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant was amazing, and although King Street is half a block away, I found myself gravitating back to Richemont for their tasty cuisine. Great location, great everything. I didn't want to leave.

Great hotel! The room was spacious and clean. Very nice staff. Great location. The only negative is that we could hear the restaurant music from our room so it was a little annoying. Otherwise it was great!!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was great and very accommodating. We love how everything was decorated, and I cannot tell you how comfortable the king size bed and pillows were! I recommend this hotel without reservation!

This new property was a nice find! Finally, bathroom lighting that was flattering!! :) Seriously, the location was perfect for walking King Street and area for leisurely shopping. The restaurants we chose were all easy to walk to - although we often opted to hop on one of the bike taxis. There was coffee and bites at 7 am every morning in the lobby ... and there was also an in room coffee adventure by Nespresso which, even after a demo from staff member, we still couldn't get to work to our satisfaction. A bit of a waste for us. Overall it is a high end, boutique hotel (maybe 25 rooms )that offers valet parking, a friendly and helpful staff and upscale, beautiful surroundings - plus that location! And I'm not kidding about the bathroom lighting ... I'd go back to this place just for that!! Wish more properties gave more thought to something so overlooked! Anyway, enjoy !!

Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was well lit and large. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The front desk, the valets, everyone was great. We had a very pleasant stay even though Hotels.com messed up our reservation. The hotel was beautiful. Great location. Very walkable.

It’s a wonderful location, extremely quiet the staff could not have been nicer! The restaurant was fantastic! The Pavlova was one of the best desserts I’ve ever eaten. But all the food was outstanding I would recommend everything especially the muscles.

The hotel is nice. We must have been there on a special weekend because I felt like it was overpriced for its value.....upcoming weekends look less expensive. The location is perfect. And the room was well-kept by the attentive housekeeping staff.
