One thing the website doesn’t list as when you first check in there’s $100 deposit. You do get it back at the end of your stay as long as the room is cleaned to their standards. There is no hairdryer as well as other amenities you may think of. Such as fresh sheets and fresh towels, daily, as well as soaps. Our stay here was pretty quiet and low-key which was nice. However, there were a few individuals off of certain drugs outside the hotel itself. It makes sense why there’s a gate. There was also a power outage that occurred while we stayed. We had no heat or AC as well as Wi-Fi or Internet and lighting for three hours. it is definitely rundown, there’s paint chips, and it looks kind of dirty, but it’s not. There were stains, scratches, and broken objects. You do get what you pay for. Overall was not a bad experience and I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly stay!

When i booked the room it said it came with complimentary breakfast. Instead it was $8 per perso if you even want hard boild eggs and fruit because thats pretty much what they have. It was disapointing. Homless peole sleep on the edge of the property every night. And the timed light system they us dosnt work. You have to hit the light switch ever 5 seconds. Cant even gonto the bathroom or take a shower lights will go out. They had no food vending machines.

When I arrived, the desk clerk asked if I had been notified about the rate increase. Of course, I had not been notified. The rate was double what I thought I would be paying when I booked it. It was about 7 pm by then, so I was stuck. Not happy about this at all. I booked here because of the rate.

The on line photos look nothing like the hotel. We stayed 4 nights and nobody came to clean the room any day. The first night I asked for a wash cloth and was told they don't provide wash cloth. Someone did provide me one later. We had 2 small towels and 2 hand towels for 2 people to use for 4 day a nobody cleaned the room. Bed was comfortable.

This hotel is a dump, but I needed a place to stay after traveling over 24 hours driving and I was exhausted. It needs to be repainted remodeled inside, but the hotel staff were excellent.

The rooms smelled and barely holding on. Poor patch work everywhere and each door looked like it had been kicked in.

When pulling up to the hotel we were a little shocked. The photos on line are old and very deceiving. The property looks very ran down. While checking in, we were charged an additional $150 even though we told them we already paid online. We booked whit Hotel Rising because it said free continental breakfast. When we get here we are told that it is not free and they charge $8.00 a person. When we finally get our key card and head to our room. The parking lot is gated but the weirdest thing is you don't get a code to enter. You need to pull up to the gate and honk your car horn to have the gate open. There are over a dozen dirty alley cats on the property. Once we get into the room the first thing we notice is the wall AC unit doesn't work. They have a standup portable room AC unit attached air vent to the window. The rest of the room needed a lot of TLC. There was missing light fixtures over the sink and in the bathroom. The light switches and outlets in the bathroom were lifting off walls and were not installed properly. The shower was terrible, you can see old putty around the shower knobs and shower head. The tub and shower curtain looked dirty. The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all, they were very old and worn out. We considered cancelling our reservation but all the hotels in the area was full because of baseball spring training.
