Betsy at the front desk was amazing!! My friend’s mom passed away right before we came and she provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine. She was the sweetest and we appreciated it so much. The hotel is in the perfect location you are close to everything but you’re not on a busy street. The room and bathroom were small but it was four girls so we made it work. Also, we were only in our room to shower and sleep.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was very accommodating, informing and very down to earth. This was my first trip to New Orleans and between the city and this hotel, I know I’m coming back and where I’ll be staying. We also enjoyed how we could basically walk to everywhere we wanted to go (minus the WW2 museum). tons of restaurants and fun on bourbon within walking (or crawling back to your room) distance.

Kiesha at the front desk was amazing. So helpful. Explained all the places to go, where to eat, and made navigation simple. She was also helpful with anything we needed at the hotel.

The room was clean. The property was a little old but well maintained. The hotel has a pool and is right neat a nice restaurant. The room was cold and quiet which is crazy because outside can be very loud. It was lovely for the location and Duration.

Great location in French Quarter with delicious restaurants and shopping in walking distance. I especially loved the balcony room, watching the traffic and people in mornings and evenings. The bed was comfortable and air worked wonderfully. Helpful staff too. I would stay here again.

The property is beautiful and well cared for. We loved the location and how quiet it was even being right in the heart of the Quarter. The front desk staff and valet staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel like they loved having us there.

The hotel staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and so kind. They’re appreciative of their guests and very accommodating. The Same goes for the Bar restaurant so kind and welcoming, you have to get the Mac and Cheese & hot sauce Chicken Bites so delicious. This was our first time stay at Hotel St Marie and I’m sure it won’t be our last. Thank you all so much.

The property was absolutely amazing and the room was clean plus, the staff were well-versed with everything in the neighborhood. Our room had a balcony and we also had an outdoor pool. I would highly recommend this hotel to any family of friends that are looking to travel to the New Orleans Louisiana area. There are plenty of restaurants in the area because you’re right in the middle of the French quarters. The staff was absolutely amazing.

The Hotel has a great vibe.. If you're there with your family or your friends its a great place. From the pool to the courtyard. The Restaurant and bar and Sandwich spot attached to the Hotel was the absolute best. The food was delicious... Try the chicken salad 😍 and Or Redfish and Catfish... The location is Prime. Literally steps away from Bourbon Street to enjoy. The Staff were so nice..Always greeting us and asking if we need anything. Hotel St. Marie is such a Gem. Definitely worth going and going back 👌.
