I had a great stay at The Inn at Union Square The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The place was very clean quiet and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location it's just a short walking distance from the luxury brand stores and other attractions in Union Square. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and the provided breakfast was good. Our only complaint was that the provided wifi was not secure, so neither of us felt comfortable using it. Other than that our stay was great!

My mother, sister, and I stayed at Inn at Union Square during our visit to San Francisco, and it turned out to be a wonderful find. The location is excellent—less than half a block from Union Square. Two tours we booked picked us up right near the hotel, including one directly across the street, which was incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious and included a lovely separate seating area that gave us plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. The complimentary continental breakfast was modest but exactly what we needed to start the day without feeling overly full before heading out. There were a few minor issues. Some of the wallpaper in our room was beginning to peel in places, and the bedroom blind was broken and would not open. Most of the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, although I had an unpleasant phone interaction with one staff member before our arrival, and another employee was only moderately helpful. Those small issues aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would happily recommend it to others visiting San Francisco.
