Great location! Very clean and quiet, even though our unit was on the road side (vs ocean side). Enjoyed the private parking and the fact that we could walk everywhere! Great staff too! They provided very clear direction for a late check-in (after hours). Will definitely be back!

Paul was awesome and very welcoming as well as the front desk but i forget his name unfortunately. Room was very clean. If you like simple apartment this place is for you. We took our toddler with and they even had sand toys for her. This was awesome. Steps away from the beach.

I loved the location of this property right on the beach, within walking distance of many shops, galleries, restaurants, and a grocery store. Although an older property, it is well-maintained and very clean. Staff was very helpful when I had questions. A full kitchen stocked with enough to prepare a meal and there was a grill on the balcony I didn’t use. All linens are provided. One thing you should be aware of is if you stay on a Saturday night, you may experience loud music from a nearby restaurant/bar for about 4 hours in the evening.

Decent for the price. Noise on front unit where we stayed. Odd numbers on PCH. Front staff wonderful. Layout a bit odd. Owner should provide newer towels. Excellent location.

Property location ideal for beach access & short walk to restaurants & shops. The room, actually a mini apartment, has separate bedroom, murphy bed in living room, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen & large balcony. Parking, not secure, included. First time staying here but will definitely be back.

Requested beach view but upon checking in realized it was never a possibility. On busy road but access to beach, parking and town is a plus.

We wanted to like the Laguna Surf, but we had some issues. First, half the units face the street, not the ocean. The ad is carefully worded to imply units are ocean view, but many are not. The street (PCH) is too noisy to leave the doors open at night. Next, the A/C in our unit was installed incorrectly, and leaked condensation water all over the couch. It took 2 days to get it resolved. The place was full, so we could not change rooms. Next, the umbrellas in the shared patio area didn't work, making the tables a lot less useful. On the plus side, the location is great, the beach access is awesome, and the complex has a laundry room, which doesn't seem to be mentioned in the ads.

Teppich und Couch sparen schon ziemlich verbraucht Ich würde sagen, süffig In der Küche ein großer Ofen, aber keine Pfanne nur ein Topf. Wie soll man da kochen? Kurz gesagt, die besten Jahre hat das Hotel hinter sich. Sehr gute Lage Aussicht hinterm Haus fantastisch.

This Timeshare Project is not a Hotel, and it is under partial construction. No bellman, and no maid service. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the plumbing was stuck on the hottest level in the shower. Avoid this place like the plague!
